I hope they do make a sequel. I hope they pull out all the stops, pay out the nose to have cucks shill for it, spare absolutely no expense in advertisement and product placement, book the bitchiest, most difficult to deal with talent they can afford so every little spat between the stars winds up costing them even money when they have to offer more cash to keep things running smoothly, and then I hope, I pray that they double down on their negative publicity campaign when it comes out.

It would be glorious to see the explosion, implosion and the aftermath of that fiasco.

Exactly. They just look at metrics and numbers. If Jones has a lot of activity, she must be popular. Ghostbusters is number two in the box office...never mind that it lost to a kids movie, IT WAS NUMBER TWO AND BEAT FINDING DORY. That's going to be their spin.

Speaking of delusions, a sequel to a painfully mediocre movie that so far is not earning its profits back? That might be the ticket to pure schlock and garbage.
