lol this guy is off his rocker.

Robert Barnes proceeds to then imply he doesn't trust DUI guy's ethics (yes, I know that'll be very funny to many people here). He repeats what LegalBimbo said that officers of the court had a problem with DUI Guy's behavior. No evidence of this, still, just like LB.
I’d trust Barnes on this. He has an odd way of knowing what is going on in most places at all times. Knowing Barnes luck he probably knows the officers of the court in question directly.

He's been adamant about calling it legaltube and people have ignored him because they like lawtube more. It makes sense if you're not rejecting the concept of the group existing at all to have a different name for the group that does what lawtube is supposed to do but isn't recognized by lawtube. Naming it, in theory, allows you to gather up members into that group, rather than simply having 'lawtube and people who aren't in lawtube' or letting someone else make the name first like 'lawtwobe' or whatever. If you literally have not even one other person in the group though...I dunno...maybe don't tweet about it just yet.

Or, and this is the far better option, reject the very concept of lawtube and groups like lawtube and just do your own thing like Nick.

Runkle is attempting to ween his new audience to his normal content. Can't see much crossover between leaf gun rights and Depp.

Is it cringy? yes, but i don't see how it's crazy in any way. If anything it's less bad than #lawtube as it's for the grift instead of trying to create a gay community.
watching him live right now his depp subs are fighting with his o.g. subs in the chat :story:

What's wrong with Robert Barnes? He seems alright except that he's a lawyer.
Farms can't stand that he always wants to insert himself in any topic, and that he comes off as bombastic and a bit of a know-it-all. Just a blowhardy personality that comes off as obnoxious.

This all stems from his bullshit postulations on how the jurors in the Rittenhouse case would act, which they thankfully didn't. The way how Robert was so against and critical of Richards, made him seem like a fool in the moment, especially when Richards won the case.

However, that case was probably the easiest high-profile case in history and Mark Richards isn't even comparable to Phoenix Wright, no matter how much emotion we invested in the case over Kyle.

Barnes is as political as he is legal, and while he was sincerly worried about Kyle, this case from the jump stunk, and Binger was the first scent. The Kenosha riot put Wisconsin on the map, and Barnes saw the trial as an opportunity to get to the bottom of the riot and see how far it went. Governor Evers isn't looking so hot for reelection right now and it was the same back in '21. Everything just seemed so damn corrupt.

tl;dr: Big shot lawyer/political commentator makes bad call. Looks dumb. Farmers displeased. More at 8.

He likes to hear himself talk. He has a hard time not being center of attention regardless of how many people are on the panel.
Thats because most of the time he is by far the most experienced and high profile lolyer and the take from the other lolyers are just bad.

He and viva are a realy good team in their sidebar format and he is just a pants on head crazy guy when talking about history.

It's funny how there's one group of guys saying they don't even know what lawtube is, and then another that is very publicly kicking people out. Here's the clip of Legal Bytes taking credit for sending lawyers to court and excommunicating DUI Guy because she believes his behavior reflects poorly on their community. Hoeg Law nods in agreement. In the second clip, everyone on face cam except Hoeg Law reacted in much the same way to that zinger in court. They loved it. Hoeg had no reaction, save for what appears to be stone cold disgust.

There was a livestream in which she and him were on and she went full on protection mode when someone called Kurt gay. A breakup happened and he began to go full on proto-incel. He purged almost a million views in march so it may no longer exist.

The missing views in March are from when his channel was hijacked and the scammer removed all his videos. It may have been one of those crypto livestreams, I don't recall.

You watch, there's going to be a Barnes Vs bytes showdown for control of "lawtube" eventually.

It's kind of sad that Viva is hitched to Barnes so firmly now. He's going to end up sullied by proxy.
Other than being a moderately pompous blowhard, has Barnes done anything cowish like Bytes is currently doing?

Should look at when Kurt replays the zinger. Both Hoeg and LB have this perturbed look on their face, but every one else sort of repeats their reaction.

Robert Barnes defended Cuck Murphy to the bitter end, dismissing all evidence and talking down to his audience that disagreed with him. He does this with everything. He has to be right on every topic, and if he is proven wrong he doubles down.

It's less she has the right to do it and the fact she is doing it right now. It's not like she couldn't do this in a month when it cools off. Every time the flames look to be dying down she pours gas on them.

He was 'dating' this woman at some point:

Kurt's channel was hacked and deleted in March before being restored around March 15th as seem in this tweet. Archive. That may be why so many videos are gone, as they were restored in a messy way, as he said on the livestream after he came back.

In one of his Depp recaps he mentioned wanting children of his own on his list of preferences for dating, and Gun Thot is a single mother. Respect him not taking the stepfather route but thats likely one of the reasons for the breakup. She also live in Pennsylvania if memory serves, which is kind of fucking far from Austin. Kurt has brilliant legal analysis but God he's not sociable whatsoever.

She's legally correct to do so... and also does not seem to understand the internet. The internet is forever. You're not covering up your half-assed apology.
Cuck Murphy to a T.

Oh.. so he's a lawyer. I mean a successful lawyer. Sorry, I mean a succesful male lawyer. Oops I'm sorry again, I mean a succesful man. Did you see Mark's "I negotiated everything in Hollywood ever" on the stand?

This is correct. Farms doesn't like Barnes cuz he's a know it all that likes the sound of his voice, and while he was correct about Richards performance in the Rittenhouse case, it came off as salty grapes he got kicked off the team.

This isn't correct at all. He went on Nick's stream and talked about Murphy and what specifically he was defending him on. He has since thrown him under the bus like everyone else online.

Mind you Barnes is a political animal and, like with him implying DUI Guy is sus due to things he's heard and trusts blindly, he definitely is a manipulative person to turn things in his favor. Or attempt to. His insights are pretty good though. He does know a lot and has a lot of experience. Once you keep in mind he's a blowhard and exaggerates and likes to insinuate he knows more than he does he stops being offense. At least to me.
