Just to clarify about the DUIguy thing because apparently nobody kept track, here is a more accurate timeline:
DUIGuy on "Day 1" tweets something with a photo attached saying that Whitney Heard keeps turning her head and obviously trying to listen in on what he and the others in his row are saying. I've not seen this image, but from what I understand it's of Whitney.
On "Day 2" DUIGuy tweets out during a break that Amber Heard's lawyers are sloppy and are accessing invoices in full view of the gallery and remarks that from where he's sitting he can see one of the lawfirms are charging her $25k. After the break, DUIGuy either doesn't return to the courtroom or he moves to a new spot in the gallery no longer behind Amber Heard, because he isn't seen there afterward.
On "Day 3" DUIGuy sits in his usual position, but one row back. He remarks that the bailiffs now make the entire gallery sit back a further row than before, but no other commentary is made by the court about his tweet. He mentions on stream after that he can still see Amber's lawyer's laptop monitors from where he's sitting but says he's no longer paying attention to it because he doesn't care. On this day Morgan Tremaine testifies and he shows an "OH SNAP" expression at Morgan's clapback. That night he finds out mid-stream he's blocked from joining Legalbytes' stream, with a DM claiming that Alyta heard from that court that they weren't happy with him.
On "Day 4" DUIGuy returns to the court room in the same spot he was the day before. According to him everyone is friendly to him and no comments were made negative toward him. When he enters the courtroom he says one of the deputies tells the people entering "enjoy the show". This is the day of Amber's second cross examination by Camille. He doesn't seem to visibly react, but according to him the gallery kept gasping, loudly whispering to each other, and even groaning and laughing over things Amber said or what were said to her, and that is when Rottenborn stormed up to the judge and had her threaten to throw everyone out. He said at one point during a sidebar that the 'pspsps' between people whispering in the gallery was particularly loud.
On "Day 5" DUIGuy showed up later than usual to the line and paid a scalper $4k for her spot in line. The bailiffs immediately told him he had to leave the line because of this and that they don't allow line cutting. He argues that he paid for his spot and the person in question surrendered it willingly, he didn't cut, but they didn't seem willing to listen - and the scalper immediately bolted upon getting paid because, according to him, she wanted to run to the other side of the courthouse where Johnny was arriving. DUIGuy stubbornly stays in line anyway and when he reaches the door the bailiff looks through him and ignores him, turning from bailiff to bouncer and won't let him in no matter what he says or does. Jamesfromcourt also experiences the same. DUIGuy eventually gives up and goes back to the place he's crashing at and joins Nick's stream instead. Runkle of Bailey stayed all night in the parking garage and slept outside to keep his spot, Law and Lumber, I believe, paid for his spot but did so much earlier in the morning.
While on the stream DUIGuy decided that he was somehow targeted by Amber because Eve tweeted about how he shouldn't be allowed in the gallery and I believe Legalbytes' group assumed he'd been kicked, but there has never been any actual evidence of this. It's possible that him trying to delay buying his place in line until Johnny was about to arrive is what got him - James experienced the same thing and did not pogface nor did he tweet anything potentially confidential, while Runkle and Ron who also talked about the jury reactions but arrived much earlier did not.
You can decide for yourself what happened, but the timeline that he tweeted an image, talked about Amber's laptop, and made a face on the same day and then was kicked on the next day is flatly incorrect and strongly implies something that the actual timeline does not. DUIGuy may have become convinced he's important enough to be targeted too, but honestly I think it was nothing more than that the bailiffs caught him buying a spot on the last day because he was tired and decided to come in later than usual. It's extremely likely that if you show up earlier like 5AM or earlier there's nobody at the courthouse at all, so they neither know nor care about line cutting that happens at that point. This creates the illusion that they don't care at all, when in fact as the final day showed they actually do care if they see it.
