History sperg here. Young Austrian Archduchess Antoine (the future French queen "Marie-Antoinette") had her crooked teeth treated with an early form of braces and headgear known as "the pelican" at age 12. She may well have had yellowed teeth later in life, but the "fixing" refers to straightening.
But millions of people get their crooked teeth straightened in middle school, so I don't know why Lillie (Laur) found this bit so horrific. Maybe Laur has a massive fear of dental and orthodontic work and this is why she both thought this was horrible, and why she left her child looking like a monster with her spaced out baby teeth?

There's speculation that they've been evicted, but the landlord wasn't able to enforce it til now because of the coof. I don't think anyone knows where they've gone (yet?) but the assumption is that they're staying in Queens (because how else will special little Lillee brag about how she lives in NYC?) Since they spent all their money on followers I reckon anything they're able to find in the area for cheap is going to be dilapidated af. So naturally they're gonna spend what little money they have left on getting the above pics published in a vanity magazine (the social media posts with the above pics were all "ooh leaked sneak peek from LJ's latest magazine shoot)

Weird ass William's syndrome body, perfectly highlighted with these bad angles and dress that only accentuate her disfigurement.
Idk why they deny the William's syndrome (perhaps Laur never had her checked out) but it'd be lucrative for them to be open about it since "I'm retarded and disfigured" would get her more attention on social media than they are currently able to get and people would be much more forgiving about how insane she looks/behaves.

Laur’s pride most likely keeps her from admitting that her daughter is a tard. I’m pretty sure Lillee lacks the awareness to know that she is one. (Hell, I’m still convinced a lot of the weird shit Lillee apparently does is egged on by Laur, something like “mama is the only one you can trust, all these people online want to hurt you” and because Lillee is a potato she believes it all without question.)

The gown needs to be altered lengthwise and worn with silk pants like some bastardized áo dài to look halfway decent on her.
Imo I don't think she has any cognitive disabilities. She just seems very sheltered and broken in by her own mother. Had she been raised by a decent set of parents, there is a good chance she could live a decent and productive life, even with that endomorph body.
