I really do want her to make good on this. She's threatened it long enough, with such certainty. Go to court. I want to see submissions. I want Ricotta to analyse the paperwork. I want her to start legal proceedings and try act accordingly on Twitter and elsewhere. No gloating. Exercise restraint upon legal advice. I would like all these things. Let chapter 2 begin. QoB pussied out and while I get just wanting Laur to leave her alone, she has done more harm than she knows. Ultimately, in doing this she’s positively rewarded Laur’s nasty stalking demands, and this will just encourage her to push it further in the future. She was definitely just trying to get Laur off of her back, but I think Laur will keep trying to use her for clout so we will see what happens.

Well, to take legal action she would first have to find a lawyer shifty enough to tell her she has a case (which she does not), and take her as a client.

However, assuming she did find such a lawyer, she'd then have to scrape together a retainer, because nobody who is smart enough to pass the bar exam is dumb enough to take her craziness on contingency. Remember; this is a woman who lives in a shitty attic apartment at the as-yet-ungentrified ass-end of Brooklyn and spends every spare dime that comes her way on a doomed campaign to make her unfortunate-looking child a beauty guru and social media "influencer." There is no money available for lawyers, or at least not enough to make taking this crazy bitch as a client worthwhile.

So Laur can pretend she and LJ have a "legal team" all she likes, but that Null hasn't received so much as a weaksauce C&D yet tells you exactly who comprises that "legal team," and how much of a threat she poses.

That said, I'd love to see her go the pro se route, acting as her and Lillee Jean's own attorney, because she'll be an even bigger fuckup at it than Russell Greer, which would be incredibly amusing.
