Laur is going apeshit over Lawyer Dong not redacting his filings. She's already filed another two letters to the judge this morning, begging him to redact the filings on an emergency basis.

Since we have already archived the filings, I think she's less upset about the unredacted documents, and more upset that her plan to shove her eviction stay into her motion to seal got blown up by Dong. Dong pointed out that her motion to seal / crazed stalker conspiracy therory has nothing to do with the landlord, and that Mr. Jin should be severed from the case.

Did Laur really think she could freeze Vincent's assets and somehow get ownership of the house handed over to her if she won the motion to seal? That's some primo crazy.

Lillie's "articles" and "research" are just Gemini hallucinations. She thinks "The Right to Publicity Act" (a misnomer, the act is called the right OF publicity act) means she is legally guaranteed to have her personal website at the top of Google searches for her name. The act means someone else can't profit off merchandise of your likeness; it doesn't guarantee that your personal website has to be pushed to the top of search. And it definitely doesn't mean people can't observe your public behavior and public information and laugh at it.

Laur thinks "success nodes" are scraping the court logs, and that this is also illegal. I think she's talking about successor nodes in a binary search tree, which are part of data structures and not people or bad actors. She also believes the existence of successor nodes is somehow related to random Chinese companies, which she believes is proof that someone is profiting off being able to look up information online.

They block website crawlers from accessing Lillie Jean's personal website, then lament that they're not even on page one of a Google search, because they're morons about SEO. No one is "poisoning" their SEO search terms - they're retarding searches from accessing their own site.

The Truemans just keep scoring own goals and wailing when they continue to lose at the game of life. How could this happen to them? Why can't they just be famous and have everyone on earth say nice things about them?

Nah. I mean, she IS batshit crazy, but being actually nuts and being mentally unfit for court is like the difference between a sidewalk crack and the grand canyon. It's just an hour eviction hearing, even if the judge does have the authority to do that for a case like this I don't think he cares enough to bother. Not his circus, not his monkeys.

This Laura trick seems almost as slimy as Laur is: she tried to make it sound like time was of the essence for Adam Dong to stipulate to the "fact" that Laur's housing loan was FUTURE rent payment from April 2025 through December 2025, rather than payment towards rental arrears. Oh, and she wanted Dong to tell his client to return two months worth of rent to Laur before Laur would agree to leave in October (which she had already been court ordered to do.)

Laur, despite still not leaving the premises, wants Landlord Jin to give her $6400 to leave his house - despite the facts in evidence that Laur owes Jin nearly $70k.

At any rate, everything Laur filed last night was stuff that the housing court already rejected and ruled against. Her random demand to freeze Vince's assets so Laur can seize them is ludicrous.

I also noticed that Laur tried to pull a fast one by not copying Dong on any of the last minute filings from last night, so anything she sent but didn't copy to the defense's counsel is getting tossed out. Good job, Laur! Real genius move, start packing.

Somebody on LC posted this approval form for the emergency loan and it states that the $28800 was in fact for back rent and not a future payment like she and her lawyer now claim it to be. Even if it was for a future payment, they since overstayed that too and it doesn't really change the total amount they owe the landlord.

Dong’s Ex. D also shows all the paperwork from NYC Housing specifically stating that it’s for rent arrears. There are receipts for payments that say the same thing and show they only paid for Sept. ‘24 to May ‘25.

It's dawn before the final day! Laur, defiant and delusional as ever, slipped two additional documents into the docket last night, hoping Lawyer Dong wouldn't notice or have time to respond if he did.

With document 169, Laur wants to add five hundred plus John Does to the case, representing the imaginary crime syndicate. But document 170 is extra confusing. Is she affirming that she sent document 169 to Dong (AUGH YEAH), or is it a rebuttal against one of Dong's filings?

And Laur never submitted any proof she served Dong with copies of documents 161 - 168. She will likely use her "forgetfulness" tomorrow to attempt to delay the case again. Will Judge Greenberg put the hammer down?

I sincerely hope she attempted to include every user name on every forum she uses to read about herself. My God, all of that in an eviction case? That is just too good. This thread has quickly become my new favorite - Laur has all the heart and audacity a good lolcow needs and she is certainly giving this her all.
