So what's this CET STEM bullshit? It's a site created by PBS where you can watch some youtube videos, exhilarating stuff.

Lillee should let Laur do the writing for her "movies". Instead of retarded 2 minute short microfilm where Lillee tries to pretend she's a well socialized human and not semi-feral from years in the attic, Laur could write her some schizo spy movie where Lillee is a complete Mary Sue and takes down an elite cabal of youtubers who are secretly trying to bring down her career.

I wonder if any of the people she's dox will ever file a FOIA on her and Laur. I'm not sure if nuisance reports are FOIAble but it'd be humorous to see what sort of notes the detectives and agents who've had to deal with them for the past half a decade have to say.

I found a wikihow page for Lillee to read How to Deal with a Toxic Mother now she can claim to be a famous relationship therapist!

Laur wasn't quite finished filing last night; she actually made a total of thirty-four filings in eleven days. I was joking about her living in a Kinkos for warmth, but it might actually be true.

I still can't see most of the attachments from this weekend; it's possible they haven't been scanned in yet, or that they won't be visible until a judge tosses these requests for readaction out. The only item which is visible is the exhibit which Laur claims is proof that the landlord was given a "one-shot" payment of $28,000 (despite owing over $67,000 in back rent when she claims this payment was made, then not paying for another eight months.)

But because Laur is insane, that's not what the exhibit shows at all. The exhibit is a pink collections bill issued to Earl for nonpayment of said loan. I'm beginning to think Laur never sent this money to Vincent at all, and just spent it on bots instead, since she has no proof of her sending the funds to him.

I know, it's really confusing how there's not an escrow account for their theoretical rent payments to be paid into until the eviction is over. Every eviction case I've ever watched has had the rent paid into escrow until the matter is closed (obviously a lot of these losers pay nothing and expect a place to live, but the account still exists.)

The housing authority loan should absolutely have been paid into an escrow account, but Laur can't even produce a copy of a check or electronic payment proving Vincent was given the loan funds to pay rent. These housing loans seem ripe for fraud, if you can just take the cash yourself rather than handing it over to the landlord.

Anyway, I forgot it's a federal holiday today - we'll probably have to wait until tomorrow for this weekend's crazy town filings to be hand-processed and unredacted.

ETA: a lolcow.farm anon provided partial proof that payment from the housing loan did reach the landlord in July 2025. Allegedly, six payments of $4,371 and one payment of $2,574 were made to the landlord (the screenshot only shows two payments, but I'll allow it.)

However, this proof of payment is not what Laur is submitting to the NY civil Supreme Court as evidence. She has provided only the unpaid loan bill Earl received in January as evidence, showing zero payments have been made towards this loan. Laur is also erroneously claiming that the $28,800 paid for July - December 2025 rent and therefore the eviction is groundless. She and Earl were already $67,200 behind in rent before the $28,800 in payments were made to the landlord. Given that rent payment in advance is not generally accepted in New York, those funds were most likely applied to the rental arrears, which did not clear the debt or make good rental from July 2025 - December 2025. No payment was made in either January or February 2026.

After the July payments were applied, Laur still owed the landlord $38,400 in back rent. No additional rental payments have been made since July 2025, leaving a further eight months of rent owed in addition to the remaining $38,400 of debt.

I thought perhaps Presidents Day was Laur's day of rest after twelve days of lunacy, but alas. She filed one additional schizo pleading today, claiming that their very lives are in danger if this case isn't sealed. Funny how their address is well-known yet they refuse to vacate the place they've been unwelcome in since June 2022, despite alleged risk to life.

An anon posted another email chain from June 2025, wherein Laur's lawyer claims their rental debt of $67,200 doesn't real because the eviction cause - which began in July 2022 - is a holdover, rather than filed as a nonpayment issue.

Can anyone legal eagles confirm the following for New York State / City?

- if a holdover tenant refuses to vacate and also refuses to pay rent, is the rental debt still owed to the landlord? (My understanding is that in such cases, the tenant is to pay their normal rent into an escrow account for the landlord until the matter is decided, and once the case is closed the landlord gets the money.)

- is it legal in NY state or NYC to pay rent in advance? (My research indicates that one may volunteer to pay advance rent in NYC but it cannot be demanded by a landlord )

- if a holdover tenant is already in arrears to the landlord, will any payment rendered be applied to the arrears automatically?

In any case: these cave trolls have been squatting in this apartment for the better part of nearly six years. You can't just live in someone else's house for free and refuse to leave for years on end.

The court has started to wade through Laur's weekend breakdown. First up is her request to: pull her attorney off the case; make the attorney give Laur back the measly $650 Laur paid her; pause every case action (including the eviction) for 45 days so Laur can con a new attorney; and freeze all the landlord's assets.

Judge says, "Whatever, see you all in person in court on March 2nd, lawyer included." I have a feeling this is going to be his response to everything.

Despite the judge telling her just this morning, "Okay crazypants, come to court in person and prove an international RICO syndicate is in cahoots with your unpaid landlord, lolcow, Reddit, and Jersh on March 2nd", Laur just can't quit.

She submitted five more fillings to the court today, including this affidavit that she paid $28,800 for advance rent via a housing loan to her landlord, to whom she was already $67k in arrears.

Most of her best crazy is remains unavailable to the public until the next hearing, when a judge will determine whether this civil eviction case should be sealed due to Lillie Jean being uber famoos.
 
My bad, I'm not really that knowledgeable about how the US court systems work. I was just trying to say that the documents she is filing now are mostly from the eviction case and have been used as evidence before.
Sorry, you’re substantively right, I was just being pedantic. I should look up the court records to get up to date on the previous case, which I presume was in Housing Court (though I might be wrong). I assume the case got too complicated for Housing Court and had to move to the Supreme Court.

The previous case ended in an eviction warrant but Laur is now trying to fight that in the supreme court, that's why I assumed it was an appellate procedure.
