Just another reminder that nothing cool ever happens. At this point I don't believe the Chinese dam will ever break, South Africa will ever really collapse, or Apophis will actually hit us. Feels bad.
Oh, don't fret. It'll all fall apart eventually. However, we might just be dead by then. But hey, at least being dead ain't that bad.

Hey, him surviving IS something cool happening considering he was camping out near a fucking constantly erupting volcano lmao.

don't be so sure. this article though poorly edited seems to indicate that volcanic activity come back
earthquakes seemed to havebeen on a slight upward trend and that migh cause it to come back.

I'm glad the people and animals on La Palma are getting a break but I have a feeling it might do something else yet.
even if it stops, there's still a lot of problems to fix.
all the ash and dust all over the roads.
the lava that dried up on top of the road is gonna take a while to clean up. you'll need bulldozers and dynamite possibly.
all the destroyed buildings as a result of either the lava itself or the ash that stacked on top the buildings
the last factor is the earthquake damage.
they'll have to double check all the buildings to make sure they catch any damaged ones before they collapse, they'll also have to check the geography. weakened rock and some heavy rain and all of a sudden you get a massive landslide.
