The name "Captain Cope" sounds familiar as a Kino Casino paypig, but I can't say that conclusively right now.

Well the paypigs caught wind that maybe being in Tardski's Friendlist is more like being on KF's kill list at this point and they also want our approval, aka they wanna be "the cool kids" so to speak. And after all that was revealed so far for a good reason. The big ones will definitely try to lay low especially the ones exposed. Any new ones are gonna also try to keep donos to a minimum.
