They need to come back with the best show yet. If it's another snoozer with drunk Warski and PPP falling asleep then the show is going the nosedive fast.
 
I don't think so. Why wouldn't Andy do a guest host show like PPP did when Andy was away that one time? I can't see these guys voluntarily missing over a week of grifting when he can easily get Metokur or someone to hold Ashton's seat and keep the superchats flowing.

Either the boys are fighting or they're traveling to California to meet the Vickers.

I still don't believe that part tbh. Unless you're really fucking sick, sitting at home and talking while browsing the internet can't be that much of a feat. I'm not saying there was no reason to take a short break, but that "I have a mild flu so let's cancel the show" is an excuse.
I was hoping for secret cali trip but it sounds like that wasn't it either.

Maybe Ashton was sick and they saw it as a chance to take a break? They’re making tons of money and the lolcows aren’t going anywhere unless Ralph dies on his toilet. I do hope they went to cali but I think it’s probably more simple than that. PPP is definitely leaning into it though. if I see a video of him holding Xander I’ll send them a couple hundo.

What? Ashton relies heavily on his voice and flu/Rona can fuck up your voice bad and make it sound nasally, hoarse, etc… sore throats make it painful af to talk, listening to someone constantly coughing or sniffle is irritating and if it was Rona then it can cause pretty bad fatigue too. Ashton also appears on camera so that makes blowing your nose, hacking coughs and looking like shit extra bad.

Most professional podcasters are forced to not produce, even if they feel up to it, when they get a cold just because it fucks up their voice and nobody likes listening to nasally or hoarse voices. It’s a quality issue. If they try to record while sick they apologize and explain to their audience why they sound shitty.

I mean, this is the dude who takes pride in releasing shitty 10 hour long 122p streams recorded in some trailer in bumfuck nowhere and/or a flophouse motel room because that's "kino" or something. I could believe he's sick because he's a gigantic morbidly obese fatass and that makes him a ticking timebomb for health issues, but I don't believe he cares about quality to that extent.

Even a lo-fi stream of PPP healthy is way better than a high quality stream of a hoarse, snotty, coughing PPP. Have you ever had a sore throat or cough? Talking is fucking hell, much less doing it for four hours. Nobody wants to listen to voice audio of anyone who’s phlegmy, coughing and snot filled for very long.

I get that he wouldn't want to do it because it'd be physically uncomfortable, that I can believe. The quality matter is another issue entirely though.
