That's dirt cheap even for a home in a rural state like Wyoming. However, most of these mobile home/manufactured home communities charge lot rent. It's the most Jewish bullshit ever and it scams people out of one of the last affordable options to own a home. Lot rent can cost about as much as renting a room, plus all the utility bills on top of the mortgage.

They also have offices and generally are in charge of ensuring that water/sewer/trash are handled for you. Show me on the doll where the lot rent touched you.

Your alternative is to buy land and own outright, which is often a larger barrier for ownership if you're going to buy a 20+ year old mobile home.

Those are like the 3 cheapest utilities unless you live near a data center and the water bill goes up. In my state, lot rent can sometimes be just as much as a cheap apartment and I've seen it called an "HOA fee" on Zillow a bunch of times.

All because of retarded single family zoning laws that prevent people from putting prefab homes in suburban lots.

Out here in rural Idaho, you're looking at 3 bills just for water/sewer because tiny city infrastructure. The lot rent for the Boglim's last stand is nearly $700, which is atrocious, but I've seen worse. Somewhere around $400 or so seems fine- but being that absolutely everything got fucked post-COVID from California moving out and taking it's money with it, it is what it is, tubes. No skin of my shoes.

I've moved recently and planted Cobra's business flag outside. Surprisingly, our first tulips bloomed underneath cobra's flag. I don't think the photo properly captures it but the flowers kneel towards the flag.

I wish we could have seen a longer whiskey or scotch arc along with pipe tobacco out of him. He looked in his proper form with a stovepipe hat and tobacco pipe in hand.
Im a little shocked there hasn't been any more murmurs of Scotty or any of the other homeboys. Im sure most of them are wiping off the sweat that the attention is gone from there town of Casper.
