We're never going to really know, even after the toxicology report is released. He was puking and shitting his guts out, all that strains the heart which caused him to biff it. That's the cause of death as far it legally goes.

His dental health was bad, his diet was bad, he drank a ton, he smoked for a long time like a chimney, he barely moved his body, he was lonely, depressed and stressed, and he never went to a doctor. None of that is good and all contributed to his death.

People live well into their 60s with worst lifestyles than Josh's, but we only saw what was on camera. Sometimes it just is what it is and there's no closure or conclusive definites.

Losing Walt then Ozzy was the one-two punch that put him into the spiral that ended him. The actual start of when it all went downhill was once the pandemic hit, he could get anything delivered and trolls could harass him at home. He became too paranoid and hesitant to do anything outside since the only place he was surely safe from harassment behind a locked door of his apartment. I don't think people realize or remember what lengths people would go to around this time to ensure he couldn't live peacefully.

That’s true, at the end of the day you are your number one advocate when it comes to your health cause no one can feel how you feel.

The one sad thing is (and I’m being highly speculative as we can’t ask him now) he’s gotta be so used to feeling like shit with constant ongoing ailments, he probably just thought this was a particular bad spell of something.

He even said “I will push through this…” he had to have been somewhat used to severe pain because the average person suffering from organ failure or heart attack doesn’t just say, I’m going to thug this out.

Most would call a doctor, family member or 911… josh would certainly know at least a family member or 911. This can’t be put on Clint or anyone else solely.

The YourFavoriteSon doc gets flak (justifiably imo), but one of the reasons I'm ultimately glad it exists was getting some solid "Josh in the wild" footage, and seeing him interact with the world around him more. The other two docs did it too, and better, but at the end of the day I'm grateful we got what we did.

Pretty much everything he did was explained by being a retard, though. He mocked Carls dead mommy, and yes that was very bad, but Josh was a retard. He mocked Caroline's miscarriage, but was a retard.

If he ever actually did anything genuinely horrific that couldn't immediately explained as "a retarded person clearly doesn't have the impulse control to not realize how bad what he's saying it", I can't recall it.

i know for a fact that some types of infections will cause you to get symptoms very similar to food poisoning and can also fuck up your other organs the second the chance arises. so honestly i think its not just one thing that got him but a combination of things all hitting him at the same time.

if your immune system is already fighting for its life and all of a sudden 30 more things come flying in that puts an insane strain on your body. cobes also mentioned not sleeping which would only further weaken his bodies ability to defend itself. if you want a timeline my theory at this point is that his constant drinking was putting his body under insane amounts of stress and maybe even causing him to not feel pain at times because of how fucked up he was getting if he was drinking enough he could have entirely not noticed the infection in his mouth getting worse or his appendix getting ready to burst.

the lack of sleep only made his body weaker as well as putting even more stress on his heart which im sure must have been pretty fucked up from years of eating some of the worst things you can imagine in the end this resulted in him having a massive heart attack and dying almost instantly.

i dont think he could have been saved even if he got to the hospital sooner. if his body was that fucked up even doing surgery could have killed him not to mention the obvious risks of doing any type of operation on someone with an infection of any kind. let alone someone like cobes who would also be suffering from alcohol withdrawals due to how much he was drinking towards the end and lord knows what state his kidneys were in. there is a pretty high chance if he did get to the hospital he would of had to be put into a coma which i am not sure would end well for someone with a mush brain like him.

long story short cobes was a ticking time bomb and the combination of losing walt and especially ozzy so close together while also dealing with NAL pestering him almost non stop and his highly increased alcohol consumption pushed his body beyond the limits of what it could handle like making someone like chantal jog a mile without stopping.

Clint was in scandinavia and cobras phone was broken. All cobra had to do was walk 10 steps to the trailer next to him and ask them to call 911. I personally think that he underestimated his condition and thought he could sleep it off.

Yeah Cobes was the sort of person to just ignore a sickness, even if it was causing him debilitating pain because he wouldn't want to go to the doctors. His teeth are years long proof of that.

It's very likely he drank heavily that night to try and fall asleep, which I imagine made things worse. I wonder if he died laying in his bed or upright in his chair. He did say he found it painful to lie down in the last video.

This is almost certainly what happened - He even said in his last video "I'll get through this."

I had a REAL bad case of the norovirus a little over a year ago. Similar symptoms to Cobes with stomach problems at both ends and a bad fever (no pain breathing though). After 48 hours of not being able to keep anything down and destroying my bathroom every hour, my wife gave me an ultimatum: keep some of this Gatorade down, or I am getting the neighbor over here and we are taking you to the hospital.

Without her, I would have just stayed in my bed until it passed or I was super fucked from dehydration and something worse happened. I'm close in age to Cobes, but I am in great shape, have all my teeth, and drink maybe twice a month.

Living alone and getting SICK sick is no joke. Even worse if your area already in poor health.
 
Cobes dealt with the pain from those teeth for years. I think he had a high pain tolerance and thought it would pass 😞
 
Yeah that "I will push through this" really sucks to hear. JESSICA BOYLE the foul cunt that she is, was saying out of spite and anger like a year ago that he was complaining about pain in his organs. He'd probably been suffering long before that.... Poor dude. Addiction sucks.
