Agreed, certainly some underlying health conditions. I can't rule out septic shock is the cause, unless I took his blood pressure in his last video. He only had one qSOFA symptom of sepsis. (As far as I could see, but I'll gladly admit I was wrong) and he certainly was in a state of respiratory acidosis, which could be signs of a heart attack, since he had clammy skin and was hot.
Well that's the point. It's not hard to believe Cobes had a heart attack. It is hard to believe that it was just a heart attack alone and didn't have anything to do with the laundry list of maladies he put himself through.
This alone is a huge cause for alarm. Yes he was drinking more and getting older, but 40lbs at that height is insanity. He was full of fluid, probably putting extra stress on his organs.
It's too early to say. There's a non-zero chance that his crazy psycho bitch ex managed to poison him. But he also loved his vices. Smoking, drinking, drugs, life was one big party for Cobes. Or at least it was until Ozzy got called home. It wouldn't surprise me if he died the day he heard the news and it took his body a few weeks to realize it.
I just wish there was a way I could share it with you cobros. Being able to hold something that he crafted with his own hands makes me feel a little closer to him.
