Especially if he didn't have a phone, and Clint saw this, there is no excuse.
Clint was in Europe when Josh posted the video. Clint got his ass back to Casper probably as quickly as anyone could, given the circumstances

EDIT: and who knows when he actually saw the video, given the time difference and the frequency in which Clint or anyone in his immediate family checked facebook and would have even seen the post and had the means to contact Clint to make him aware of what was going on. Hot take, maybe, but Clint is not the reason Josh did not get medical attention in time. It was a perfect storm of circumstances. The Swiss cheese model failed in this instance, sadly. Or maybe in Cobra's case it should be called the Lucrane cheese model 😣

One of the saddest things about his death is the fact he had no phone, a few of us were saying it was good because he no longer had the troll phone calls and texts but without a phone he couldn't message or call anyone that may have possibly saved him.

Josh was immensely focused on his "troles" and haters for most of his time online but I hope he knew of the other side of his viewers.

I hope he, if not but just once, truly sat back and realized how many people out there did enjoy what he did and how entertaining he was.

I doubt he would ever say even if he were here still, if he noticed these people and appreciated what he did.

He did have a lot people who without humor wished death and pain on him, but I wonder if he noticed the other thousands who tuned and just wanted to hear what he had to say.

I like to think that he was merely posturing when he spoke only his haters and his fangirls but also appreciated the "everyman" that just tuned in time to time hear him rant. To me that is what brought him his popularity and not the people saying ridiculous things in chat and swatting him.

I hope if but once he found solace in that impact he was having on society toobz.

RIP Cobes, you meant more to people than you'll ever know

not to stir up things while they are grieving but when Clint said a problem with his Appendix my heart dropped because that could have been potentially life saving if they could have seen him sooner. I have had friends that have had appendix issues fixed via surgery. I AM BY NO MEANS SAYING THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED. But, if he did have a phone I would've hoped that he would called Clint or a Doctor sooner to rule out something that was potentially fixable.

once again I'm not saying that is what happened but if he was able to call someone or someone call him, a doctor may have been able to catch something preventable.

Couldn't find it in my folder, but yeah. This one for sure.
It's perfect for half the shit that happens on this site.

I agree. It's something that made his passing a lot more tragic to me when I realized that he never got another phone, at least as far as we know.

Not a single welfare check call for our Boggy Boy. It fell to Clint to find the body.

A total shame.
Probably because no one thought it would be the end. Even in the thread, until that one post... No one talked about a wellness check. Just he would be sleeping it off.

any chance we could get a fundraising campaign for cobes? I can easily see why not since his dad asked to be left alone
If by fundraising you mean a way to get money to Clint in memory of Cobes, I think buying merch from his Customized Girl page would get to Clint since I'm assuming Josh's paypal is connected to the store, and that is now Clint's paypal since he is Josh's legal next of kin. I don't know if Cobe's youtube channel is still monetized (or was he locked out of it for some reason when he broke a phone? Or did his channel get yeeted so he was posting on a really old one? some more learned bogropologist in the thread probably has the answer) but if there is still an income stream attached to Josh's channel, watching videos directly from his YT would get money to Clint since like the Customized Girl page, Clint is now the recipient of those funds.

Finally had some drink combos and taco bell to honour our boy, and can confirm that Cobra's diarrhea curse is very real.
Circle of protection on anyone else partaking in a food hack / drink combo :semperfidelis:
I'd love it if after all this, Cobra gets an ailment named after him that enters the popular lexicon; instead of Montezuma's Revenge for shitting your brains out after drinking the water in Mexico, one gets Cobra's Revenge- the bubble guts and simultaneously fighting for your life and praying for death on the toilet the morning after an epic room temp day old food and drink hack binge

i don't think he wanted to die at that very moment. and the thought of him dying alone like that, not wanting to go yet, it kills me

That's the thing of it toobz, buy the inventory while it lasts. But there won't be any more in the future...

There's a troubling quote from the Rotten Library that has always stuck with me...we're all in this together but we all die alone.

Yesterday, I came across a pack of pre roll joints lying on the ground in my apartment building in what I believe was a blessing from Cobra. I got stoned to the bone and proceeded to binge on a bunch of junk food. I think it's what cobra would have done. View attachment 7824930
What kind of truck is Cobra driving in that picture?

And 50% of the profit is going to Autism Speaks. Sucks that it’s going to such a shit organization.
What an insult to KingCobra's memory to donate money to Autism Speaks if the money would go to any organization. At least do something like Alcoholics Anonymous, not a terrible organization that makes its money from scamming autists' parents like Autism Speaks.
I didn’t even know the company existed until Cobes. That company wouldn’t even be on my radar if not for that dude.
same I didn't even know they existed; I thought Cobes sold his merch exclusively through Etsy.
Personally, I wish they’d actually donate profits made using the code to make a nice headstone or memorial. At least then the money would be going towards their best salesman.
Exactly, give it to a good cause, not a scam organization like Autism Speaks.
Cobra was a rockstar, what can we say? He died young like Keith Moon, the candle that burns twice as bright, burns half as long.
As Neil Young said in the context of rock and roll, "It's better to burn out than to fade away."

After your post, I realized Avenged Sevenfold unknowingly wrote a song describing King Cobra's death almost 20 years ago called "Afterlife."
