I'm not much of a drinker, but I enjoyed a cold one with a large pizza last night in Cobra's honor. He believed in consumed food and drink being sent to the afterlife, so I hope he's enjoyed all of our drink combo and food hack tributes.

TWU.

“You guys helped him more than you can ever know, because you made him feel like a person,” Clint said
I still can't believe he's gone. Reading this quote this morning almost broke me honestly. If he ever does get a plaque or statue in Casper I nominate that to be etched in.

“He mattered”

Minor pl, I’ve been working in the art field for over a 2 decades. I’d love to help make a memorial happen.

Adding myself to the list of lurkers who made this account specifically to pay tribute the King. I discovered him on accident several years ago from someone reacting to one of his food hack abominations and it got me hooked.

The Cobraverse was such an intriguing and entertaining rabbit hole and it always pissed me off how much hate and constant abuse he got just for existing.

I must say I only ever viewed this site passively and I was genuinely pleasantly surprised at the outpouring of love shown here for Cobes. It's heartwarming to see.

Fuck all the people who felt like it was their duty to try to ruin his life any way they could. Fuck all the people who regularly sent him rot gut liquor and especially the duster.

I quit drinking years ago but I may have to create a dank ass drink combo and subsequently spill it all over the place in his honor.

RIP KingCobraJFS :'(

Josh believed that when you ate food it turned into ghost food for the ghostests that drank his four lokos. So that means all of Josh's foodhacks were waiting for him in the afterlife, even the fiery fish pizza, the mayo-peanut-butter-stuffing-stew, the catfood burger, mountain dew eggs, and several sauce sandwiches.
“Why am I in heaven but I HAVE DIARHEAAAAAA”

Wrongful death. The legal standards for a civil case on such a cause of action is unbelievably broad, which is why it isn't a crime in and of itself but a civil offense.
What duty did they owe Cobra?

Wrongful death is basically negligence that results in a death. The elements of negligence are duty, breach, cause, and harm (death, in this case).

Duty hinges on a special relationship in most instances. That or the conduct creates a broader "zone of danger." Neither really apply here. There's just nothing there... and then like I said earlier, you would have to overcome the negligent conduct of both cobra and Clint. They are way more culpable than the random person sending booze.

I know we all want someone to be held accountable, but it would be an uphill battle. I just don't see it.

Genuinely saddened to hear of the passing of this man. I didn't actively follow Cobes but I was aware of his internet presence and he's made me laugh and put a smile on my face many times. What more can you ask of this sick life than someone who gives you a legitimate laugh and takes you off guard? There are few better things. Despite people making fun of him due to him being so-called "unintentionally" funny, I always thought he really did have a true comedic instinct and he was a born entertainer. Never thought it was cool the way some people treated him. Rest easy our Dark Prince With A Thousand Enemies. Circle of protection on my nigga.

What duty does anybody owe anybody? If you convinced a 10 year old to play in traffic but didn't physically force him into traffic do you think you should be held responsible by society at large for taking advantage of somebody not smart or experienced enough to realize that you were evil and trying to get them to harm themselves?

I haven't been paying attention to any cows recently but I just saw a comment about this and wow. Cobra wasn't one I knew much about although I've watched a few of his videos and knew about him I cried watching his dad's video about the death so sad RIP

Heard Crazy Train today and almost wanted to cry. I was hesitant to even post about it, but then I realized what made me love Cobra. It was his sincerity, him just being himself. Anytime you try and be genuine (not on here, just the wider Internet), some faggot responds with a soyjak holding a sign that says “HERE’S SOME EMBARRASSING SHIT ABOUT ME”, or some fucking broccoli-haired zoomer will reply “Blud was gonna cry 💀💀💀”. But I am sad, Cobra was one of the finite things in this life that made me smile and be happy, and now he’s gone. We could all learn a lesson from Cobes and ditch the fear of being open and honest about who we are and how we feel.

i hope if cobes is buried somewhere i hope he gets a goth as fuck clocktower tombstone with a big bell.
I wonder if Cobes grave will become one of those cult tourist spots. I can imagine a lot of cobros passing through will want to pay the grave a visit and leave behind some liquor or tinned fish for the boy.

The general duty owed is that of reasonable care. I don't disagree with you, but I don't find you example exactly analogous. Also there's still an argument that the child's own negligence contribute to any harm. They would be held to the standard of a child of similar age and experience. If most kids wouldn't go play in traffic on the advice of a stranger, then doing so is negligent. I know that sounds harsh, but its realistic. I do this shit every day.

"maybe if i'm lucky I'll die of a heart attack when i'm 34"

old clips are hitting different now for sure. RIP
Cobes wanting to die at 34 because it “has the numbers 3 and 4” and actually dying at 34 is poetic. It’s far, far too soon for him to die, but even still. You just KNOW wherever he is out there he’s hyped about it
