We've looped over this before. but I genuinely think that he's not physically and mentally capable of doing any of these things now. He was always lazy, but in his 20s he could still muster the energy to do things he wanted to do, but which also required some effort on his part. Nowadays his health has deteriorated to such a degree that he's running on empty 24/7. Streaming takes effort. Going out takes effort. Collaborating takes effort. Having homeboys over takes effort.
He's doing the bare minimum because the bare minimum is all he can do.
 
He is nothing more than an addict now. As long as he has extra money, he will keep drinking until he runs out of funds or his health finally fails him. Really sad to see what his life has become.

Am I the only person here worried about Cobes if he ever decides to finally address his severe dental issues? The extensive dental work he'd require would definitely come with a standard painkiller script, & well, I wouldn't trust Cobes with roxicodone. He's already a duster sniffing late stage alcoholic, I'd rather not him go down a pillhead arc.
 
I had a couple molars removed from damage from my wisdom teeth, and all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and the doctor didn't give me anything but ibuprofen, and I didn't even need that. Dental stuff hurts UNTIL it's treated, and after that it's a nothigburger. I know American physicians love over prescribing opiates, but I think our boy will be ok.

Given the possible fucking ruined state of his liver, opiates would more than likely push it into full blown failure. That is a sad thought I hadn’t had.

Edit: Dumb dumb use word wrong.
Also, I wish he’d bathe regularly so we could get a better read on the condition of his skin, making a surface level read on liver function easier on the medical kiwis out there. What are the odds of some jaundice or scurvy being at play, along with the deetus?

theres a good chance clint handles his pain pills and josh would just drink more to numb the tooth pain.

also likely clint would think "josh is a big boy he can handle taking his own pills" and cobes becomes a pill popper

It’s not a gas station knife if it’s made in the USA. Cobra and Darf could design the tackiest, ugliest black and green knife covered in cobras and skulls, then send the plans to a factory in China to get that signature Chinesium and build quality though. Then they could buy the finished product for cheap and sell the officially licensed CobraBlades at gas stations all over Wyoming for $34 a piece.

He should stay the fuck away from a lathe. He'll chop his fingers off at this point in his decline. It's actually pretty amazing he's never had an injury from it (or burned down wherever he was living with his deep frying adventures where he considers saying "stop" to a fire a real method).
