I agree with you that they're probably fake, but just to play devil's advocate, I don't think it's completely out of the realm of possibility that some horny 60 something year old tweaker couldn't have paid for the warheads. I looked it up and you can get bolt ons for as cheap as $2000, with the average being $4000. I think after being awake for three days with Miss Tina, a generous fella would be hard pressed to come up with a better idea than paying for his homeless retard boyfriends fake tits, especially at such a reasonable price.

It's pretty unusual for it to deteriorate. Perhaps transition into something less raucous, sure.

He gets text messages every day telling him to kill himself. Realistically, if that had happened to any of us we'd change our phone number because we arent a retard it would be an incredibly upsetting thing, day in day out. That can make you hate life, I'm not surprised he that he just kept drinking.

Losing his hair was the first thing to really throw him in a depressive spiral. It's a lot more than just hair to him. Then the pandemic isolated him and that's when he really popped off with people fucking with him at his apartment, ensuring more paranoia to barely leave. All the while the alcoholism to cope got worse. Cobes is regarded, but he did cope with depression in all too normal ways.
