No, he got accused of being a stalker in HS because he was obsessed with girls he had a crush on. You might be thinking of Ellen who is an of-age, cisgendered, non-related woman.

To my knowledge the only questionable situation involving Cobes was jerking off in front of "special needs" girl because she asked him to, but like most of his stories take it with a huge grain of salt. Even so he's not much different in mental capabilities so it's not really sicko behavior.

It would be amazing if Cobra had a Bloody Mary/Caesar phase. It would combine everything he loves. Those cocktails are food hacks/drink combos all in one and he can use his chef's toothpicks to stack bacon on top and whatever disgusting shit he has on hand.
