Yeah, I feel a lot of his challenges would kill a normal person, at the very least food poisoning. Would actually love to see people trying this. Also, did she nail it? A lot of Cobes' food hacks require a settling time of a few hours don't they? That's when the real flavor kicks in. That sushi needs a good set.

I presume cobes is in a perpetual state of malaise, permanently afflicted with diarrhea as a result of running so much rotten sugar and ruined foodstuffs through himself. How can you tell if/when you're ill if you're always ill?

True, it would shock his system if he didn't feel that way, I don't know if there is a turning back now for him. He at least has cultivated new strains of something, probably immune to a lot. He needs that sugar rot water to survive. Kinda impressive he hasn't been seriously hospitalized yet, but I don't imagine he would even attempt to go if it got bad. He will outlive us all.

i think the worst part is when she is actually calm shes just constantly going on about how nobody likes her and how ugly she is or whatever until she works herself up into a frenzy. between that and her general personality i bet the last guy she tried to lure in fled as fast as he could the second he saw a way out.

There's examples out there of people with extremely unhealthy eating habits getting sick for up to a week when being put on a strict program of not eating garbage. Pretty sure if we got cobes eating 'properly' he'd feel that shock bad, preventing him from seeing it through. You're right, we can't 'fix' him, he's perfect. God's most resilient cockroach is a man walking among us.
