My issue was the showcasing of troll comments from boglim chronicles it creates a community where people want to say the most over the top meanest stuff to get showcased.

I know bite-sized cobra bits is basically an untouchable here but frankly his videos from this year have, imo been more bitting and angry than bogchron. In a sense I get it because he had devoted so much time and effort to only watch Josh rot. I honestly don't know why he was still doing monthly updates with the amount of vitriol he had. Perhaps I can understand the large documentary project but for the monthly recaps and aimless livestreams he restarted I can only assume it was financially motivated. He ignored the guiding rule for true cobros....if he's making you angry it's time to take a break. Also I've never heard or read it anywhere but it's been my own speculation that he was behind the mountain wizards documentary, which I quite enjoyed but was unpopular at the time.

I stopped watching Bogchron when I went into the comment section and saw him liking absolutely unhinged a-log comments. Dude prob encouraged the crazy a-logs for youtube bucks.

Bite Sized started to feel mean spirited when he started doing the recaps of how much Jorp earned and allegedly "wasted" (lol you're in the UK it's not even your problem, calm down), and I never really cared for his pod cast he tried to do. He still sort of salvaged it by doing the long form breakdowns of certain eras (and I hope he keeps up with those), but it does overall leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. Kind of felt like he got way too deep into observing and documenting and started getting angry at the boy, which is MDNWU.

For BogChron I was always torn, I appreciated the clips because the boy's longform content can be a bit much to put it lightly lol, and the edits were usually funny (that Dragonball Z teleport shit was always funny, every time), but the highlighting of a loggy comments felt like very bad form and got old fast.

For me Seizure is the king of Cobra content outside of the first two documentaries. I'll agree the third one by Your Fat Son is heavily marred by self injection and really only saved by the Clinterview and being a batch of new content in HD and not from the same static webcam angle. A version that cuts out all the self insert/moralizing shit is not a bad idea at all.

Other than that Walnut Grove is 99% solid gold, with a few rare a loggy songs I skip.

I feel like SpookyTunings has kind of fallen off the radar (I think either they deleted their original channel or it got banned?), the fucking Tacos On My Mind video is a certified hood classic.

i do love finding new "cobraisms" though. theres classics, and then theres practically a whole new language. he always had something funny to say and then when hed realize he was wrong his odd would often make him double down and continue to say it his way. i loved his bullheadedness.
