Most cardiac arrests are preceded by respiratory arrest/failure, so I’m starting to wonder if Cobes had untreated sepsis from his appendix.

The best Cobra content was always organic and just him doing his own thing - DTTS, Drinking Peach Shnapps, Fiery Fish Pizza, surstromming challenge, Making Homemade French Frys, beer challange, the hair dye video, doing a shot of Jack and almost crying, "nighr video", realizing he misspelled "Goddess", the Cobra Cane knocking over the last drink combo HE HAAAAD...the list goes on and on.

Even the sex doll stuff by itself wasn't funny, it was Cobra's ridiculous lie about what happened to the doll and having to own up to it later that made it funny.

This. Nausea can be a symptom of a heart attack. It's not always the whole "clutching the left arm and keeling over" drama. There's been people who have had mild heart attacks who didn't go to the hospital because they thought it was heart burn or indigestion.

It doesn't have to be just water. I believe some teas, juice, soups, soda, etc count towards your fluid intake. But if you are constantly having diarrhea or vomiting and can't keep liquids down, it's pretty easy to get dehydrated. If I recall correctly he did occasionally drink those Body Armor sports drinks, they probably did most of the heavy lifting in terms of keeping him hydrated.
But his lifestyle was also not very "heart smart" to begin with as many other kiwis have said.
