Disrespectful and the average Jew would not like what he wrote one bit, but not antisemitism.
It would be antisemitism if the target animals were portrayed as the Nazis portrayed Jews and/or Penders said their genocide was justified to free the world from the "Eternal Echidna." That would be hidden antisemitism, while what Penders did here is compare the villains to Nazis in a very hamfisted and cringey way.
Plus do you think penders just advocated for war crimes in comics or something I’m confused
