Kelly has socked here before and also has an extensive history of socking on the other farms, to the extent that she ended up more or less talking to herself in a dedicated thread. Once you're batshit enough to pick your legs off, making sock accounts seems pretty sane by comparison.

Her sister's Instagram account is public, so it's possible that anyone could be following it and viewing it. If you didn't know that she was Kelly's sister, you wouldn't look twice. Kelly has been so public in talking about her sister, though, that I'm sure Gina has picked up followers who want to rubberneck for Kelly updates.

I scanned Gina's Instagram today and didn't see anything about Kelly, but the story posted here would be gone by now if it was posted by Gina. Stories are only visible for 24 hours. What's visible of the profile picture in the upper left hand corner of the story originally posted here looks like it could be Gina's profile picture, but I'll leave that to someone who's more skilled at comparing pictures.

Here's the header (or whatever you call it) from her Instagram account, alone with her current story. The cat appears to be hers, and it's certainly safe to assume that's her leg rather than Kelly's (ahem). The scrawl on the story timestamp is mine.

Since some retarded youtubers and tiktokers brought Kelly into the mainstream (and their even more retarded fanbase flooded her social media with hate messages, which is the lolcow equivalent to screeching showtunes while birdwatching; it just scares them off and makes you look like an idiot), I understand that some people in this thread may be kind of new to her so I just thought I'd echo what others have said and remind people to take Kelly's claims with a grain of salt.
She's known to create socks, she's posted under Gina's name in the past and she has a well documented history of fabricating, exaggerating and engaging for attention when it's run out IRL. If you find something, and I'm not discounting that all these new eyes watching her may catch something us oldfags have missed, please archive and include as much information as possible.

For those reading this, please take all claims that do not have direct photographic proof with a grain of salt; this could be her inflicting more damage on herself or it could be another dog eating/fucking cult.

I can confirm that this is Gina's legitimate account. I have been following her and Kelly for a few years.

Yeah our health care system is in a major crisis right now where you just cannot see a doctor, get any new scripts and the wait times at the hospital are insane. I can see them being done with her shit and just sending her home with antibotics and saying "deal with it, we need this bed for real patients".
Sad though, I wonder how long she was watching the clock just waiting for registration to reopen here.

Edit: @OogieBoogie2 There's a chance you're just a random shit disturber still, but if you are Kelly; you've had enough accounts on here in the past to know double/triple posting is frowned upon, please use "edit" instead.
 
Confirming what @OogieBoogie2 said: the update is indeed in Gina's stories. My screenshot (same as the one already posted, plus my scrawled-out timestamp) is attached to this post. If there's a good way to archive Instagram stories, I'm not familiar with it, so my apologies there.

In the past, Kelly has appeared to guilt-trip (trip, heh) Gina into posting this sort of thing, and the language she uses in her story kind of suggests that she's not in close contact with Kelly. If Kelly is indeed back for another long hospital stay, I'm not surprised that it's conveniently landed at Christmas. Kelly covets the attention of medical professionals above all else, and I'm sure it's "better quality" attention, so to speak, during holidays-- extra sympathy and so on for being a brave legless warrior who's stuck in the hospital during the holidays.

It's Kelly, though, so god only knows what's actually going on.

There's no need for me to post mine, but I have the same screenshot from Gina's IG Stories. She posted it 2 hours ago, and it's still up.

same. i searched for @OogieBoogie2 's first post last night, and there was nothing to be found. i didn't bother with the second post tonight because i just thought that it was kelly being kelly. if i'm mistaken, i apologize.

i'm still apprehensive though, because instagram posts from gina are not actual evidence ...
 
I still have alerts set up but at this point she's uninteresting, medically speaking. she's just a picker who has amputations to pick at.

when she was digging a hole through both legs, doctors were asking others for advice on wound management, but now she'll just be regarded as someone who won't allow wounds to heal. this is common enough that I don't think they'll need any outside help to deal with her.
