Some folk on twitter are thinking it's crossing a line airing in public Kat's mental health issues. While they dislike DSP they feel it's going too far.

For me personally I can somewhat see the point. Kat's undeniably a digger of gold and undeniably has mental health issues but really hasn't seemingly done anything to be a target, aside from aiding Phil in his nefarious schemes. For some that's enough justification but clearly for others, it's not.

Doxing her was fine. Putting out the info of her psycho mom thinking her sister was possessed, no problem. Seeking out her ex and trying to dig up even more dirt, sure why not. Putting out a vague court record that doesn't really tell anyone anything, that's taking things way too far i'm fucking out.

In a vacuum I see this guys point, but it's silly to pull the emergency stop now looking at the whole picture.

Remember last January when a bunch of Phil's community got doxed and their family were getting doxed? That was ok.

Kat maybe went to the psych ward 10 years ago? Big no no.

I'd like to reiterate that my own personal opinion is that I, at first, pitied Kat for how she appeared on her "debut" but that quickly vanished after subsequent appearances.

I don't really care much about Kat as I am of the opinion she's literally playing Phil for her own benefit. She's operating her own hustle but is kinda staying out of the Phil spotlight as much as possible while he does his thing. Because of this there's just no reason to feel invested in her. I can't take her seriously and most of us know she's due to gallop away the first concrete chance she gets. That may be a while away though.

Kat has potential to become an amazing detractor, which will not be influenced by us. Just a matter of time.

It's obviously wrong to make fun of someone for their mental health struggles, yet it pisses Phil off. So long as people focus on Phil's hypocrisy (calling detractors mentally ill meanwhile his sole maid suffers from something), then it's fine.

I would feel bad about it if Phil hadn't basically challenged all of us and told us she had "No social media presence" and was "undoxxable" . The mental health stuff might be crossing a line for some, but she should try to get that stuff removed from a PUBLIC website if she didn't want that exposed. It's possible she didn't even know that information was available.
Too fucking late now! Haha! Loving it.

Has it been deleted from KF? I don't see it. But im tired. Please post it.

I was thinking, is it possible that Kat actually didnt have a drivers license when she moved in with Phil? Unless her ticket was for simply not showing a drivers license? Typically a cop is not going to give a woman a ticket for not producing her license if he can look her up in the computer and confirm she has a valid one so i would assume she actually didnt have one.

I recall dark specifically said one of the things he had to do when she moved to washington was to get her a license but we all assumed he meant get her a washington state license but iirc at the time people were saying she can drive with her old one for the time being and i recall thinking the same thing. i think he implied she couldnt start working and driving until she got a license so maybe she in fact never had one.

There was similar drama involved with getting Leanna her license, iirc, up to and including his ridiculous assertion that one cannot legally drive in State B with a license from State A. It took months. Phil certainly is considerate of his partners' needs.

Now see, this is why everyone is missing the point. DSP HIMSELF said public information is okay, that doxing someone with public information is okay. When it was his fans, he didn't care and said they were stupid to begin with for having such public information. I don't see how any of Kat's public information can then have an exception.

I mean if DSP wants to call Kat stupid, he can go right on ahead.

It's not DSP or his fans saying this needs to stop, though. It's detractors. What Phil has or hasn't said about public info doesn't have any bearing on their decision, nor should it.

Not saying I agree with them, just that the source should be considered.

I think the problem comes down to this: Phil is a career liar, he leaves information ambiguous, and deliberately obscures what he's revealed in the past. This gives people a mystery to solve. It's enticing, it appeals to the deep human desire to discover truth. It's what leads Windows-using, computer illiterate fools like myself to dig through King County Property Tax records. Worse for Phil, there are even those that will take this desire to uncover his enticing secrets to humiliate him. "Using my own abilities, I've pulled down your facade, and exposed you for what you are".

I don't think Kat here is the "target". She's merely a means to an end. Phil has revealed enough of Kat's background to entice, but not enough to satiate curiosity. This exposure is the natural conclusion.

Pretty much this. In her first (or second?) stream, I was like "the poor girl, what has she been dragged into?". Then, at a later stream, there was nothing to see of the vulnerability she was showing back then. Instead, on-screen presentation of an ice-queen, seemingly disgusted and pissed off to da max while basically ignoring all chat questions repeatetly presented to her by a silver-tongued, bullet sweating soulmate who could barely keep his masquerade in check. This wasn't a damsel in distress nor a shy, vulnerable, oppressed houseslave. This was an ice-cold bitch, giving the facial impression of a mormonic school girl that has been asked for pre-martial anal sex.

It is wrong, I'll give you that. But it can be so much fun.

Kat was the one who DSP said couldn't drive in Washington with an out of state licence. Panda never even drove until she had been in Washington a few years.

People used to criticize Panda for being lazy for not trying to get a driver's license, getting a job, going to school, etc. Knowing what we know now, it's possible she had anxiety attacks when trying these things. Maybe it wasn't laziness but a true mental illness that kept Panda a prisoner in the gout mansion. Who knows? She seemed to get over it once she got out of her comfort bubble and experienced the world with her big girl panties on. Good for her. She escaped.

Now to Kat. I think it's a good theory that she didn't have a licence, but we know she was on Subaru man's car insurance so she was likely driving the Subaru.

I could be wrong but I *think* all adults in the same household need to be on the insurance policy if they drive the car or not. I want to say this includes people without a valid drivers license but i am not 100% sure.

It could be the reason phil was saying she couldnt drive with an out of state license (which is so obviously a lie) is that he didnt want to admit she didnt have a valid license at all and it was easier to make up that lie then ahve to answer questions why a nearly 30 y/o doesnt have a license.

It looks like it is possible to get insurance without a driver's license, but it seems like the circumstances don't fit what we know about Kat.

I like how this guy saw a public court filing that someone was deemed to need, and ordered to participate in, mental health treatment and during proceedings decided to voluntarily agree to said treatment and this guy instantly assumes that that is such a shameful, embarrassing, and taboo subject that to even see a screenshot of said filing has him clutching his pearls and Tweeting pious sermons about how 'I'm a much better person than you.'

Way to stigmatize mental health issues dood, that attitude is why people don't seek treatment until things get so bad they are court ordered to participate in treatment. It was nice of you to explain how you think people having mental health issues and receiving treatment for them should feel embarrassed. No one should feel embarrassed about getting treatment for mental health issues and valuing mental wellness. People should feel proud of themselves they were adult enough to ask for help when they recognized they might need it.

Why can't you guys just treat Kat with dignity? You're going too far. Phil takes great care to protect Kat and treat her with respect at all times, like on the Halloween stream when he told her to stand up and twirl around to show off her short skirt while she was clearly uncomfortable as fuck. If you want to reveal someone's private medical history, you do that shit with sensitivity. You reveal it live on stream, make the whole thing about you, and then repost it on a monetised Youtube video with 300 ads on it.

I wish I could show this to Phil directly. I couldn’t agree more.
