Also, I really wish those of you that are doing it would rein it the fuck in with how much stock you're putting into what someone's ex said about them on the internet. It's going waaaay beyond speculation with some of you guys.

Very few breakups are amicable. Few marriages are even amicable. Most of the time, everyone feels slighted in the end & there's nothing like the deterioration of a relationship to really bring out the tunnel-visioned petty fuckheadery in a person, & a lot of people never really lose the ability to snap right back into that mode at the mention of the other person, no matter how many years have passed.

Nothing more is actually known from that guy, except that she sits in cars sometimes.

All we do know for sure is that she either has abysmal taste in men, or she's just using some dumb piece of shit to gain traction into another phase of her life.

If it's the former, I feel no sympathy for her. If it's the latter, I feel no sympathy for him.

So calm down, guys. We'll either know one day, or we won't.

Phil is probably going long because Kat gets off work late and tired and this is the only way he can keep himself from asking her where the fuck dinner is

Just like with Leanna Phil can and will fuck up any social interaction. If he's busy streaming then its not his fault he wasnt nice and cooked her dinner or whatever the hell else, he's working there's nothing he can do.

Made me think that outside of the sole maid that he actually has NO friends. Like actually 0

His parents visited once in 3-4 years and I don't recall any other family visiting. I don't think he ever travelled to see them (amazing in itself)

I wonder how he explained to Kat that he has no friends...

I would suggest that his circumstances are way outside of 'normal' people

How would you tell people that your partner is a 'known' online video game streamer who was busy working upstairs - so we can't talk too loudly as we would distract / derail his work

I think he was talking to her long before they actually "started going out" (i.e. reveal video), and that was when she was 19. So this guy waited until right after she graduated high school (or not, because the reveal was in valentine's day, so he might have waited few months after her graduation to "make sure" he didn't seem too creepy) to swoop in and take her away to the other side of the country in just a couple of years later.

I guess putting it this way makes Phil really creepy but it really makes you think about Phil's thought process in doing all that.

yea never really thought of it that way. She was also autistic. So he took a 20 year old autistic girl away from her family and flew her across country. He also flew her around country when she was 18 and bought expensive hotel rooms.

Eh, I think DSP flying Leanna across country was a good thing for her. She always struck me as someone who came from a trashy background, but it seems like the trip to the west coast kinda broadened her horizons a little bit and she got away from her childhood. New friends, new cultures, new ideas.

You see that a lot in girls who come from the sticks or poverty. The saying goes you can take the girl out of the trailer park but you can’t take the trailer park out of the girl, but I don’t think that’s always the case.

It only broadened her horizons when she was forced to get a job and be an adult, did she stay there for an extended time just not working?

True, she only got a job when money got tight.

If she was still in Pennsylvania, she'd have fallen back on her parents. It may be that the "new friends, new cultures, new ideas" Leanna got to experience only came after Phil started to smart financially. The move to Washington removed her crutches, and then "broadened her horizons" when she took the next steps.
