I really want to know what the rates of incest are in the black community . That can't be who he's talking about though because he's way older. He's like 63, kanye is 47. He wouldn't have been born yet when stephan was 6.
Edit: he does have 2 other cousins, one his same age and the other I can't seem to find a birthday on. Neither got put away for murdering a pregnant lady though so...I think the guy who said this is just schizo rambling and isn't true was right.
