The tweet was really badly written. He didn’t actually say he was 14 and the cousin was 6, he said it started when the cousin was 6 and finished when Kanye was 14.

It sounds like him saying the dick sucking happened for many years.

I agree with the previous poster that if they were both very young, then this is actually a sad and very honest admission of the reality of exposing small children to sexual content. If there wasn’t a significant age gap he shouldn’t be shamed for talking about the biggest symptom of being molested as a child, which is sexualised behaviour towards other children.

Regardless, he was objectively very musically inclined. Listen to Graduation, that's an example of a universally well liked album by him
