Did a little bit of cursory research, and Kanye West does in fact have a cousin who was arrested on suspicion of the death of a woman by the name of Stephan Scoggins (archive).

While he definitely looks very molested, Stephan wasn't alleged to have killed a random pregnant woman, he was alleged to have murdered Kanye's mother Donda.

Your community happenings post is extremely misleading. The implication behind the song and his tweet is that Kanye was molested by his cousin and that he blamed himself because he showed his cousin his mom’s porno magazines. It’s kind of messed up that you would say that he was the one doing the molesting.

Nigga, the Genius lyrics clearly show Kanye claims they both looked at pornos and then he molested his cousin (at least from his perspective, his brain is fucked.)
