Well, there goes my lunch. Of all the things on this forum that have been presented over the years, I gotta say that this display of body horror has my soul writhing in agony as it longs for the sweet release of death.

Phil’s probably going to be suicidal for real at the rate it is rotting.
 
I'm honestly surprised that it looks like it's not getting infected... at least on a surface level. Like, it looks like a bad Turducken accident and he has two fucked clits on a diagonal gash, but barring the possibly necrotic folds (since they do look a bit on the green-gray side) it's not as bad as I'd think given this is Phil we're talking about. I still can see abscesses a plenty given his notoriously shit-tier ability to keep clean, but I can't say it's rotten beyond the shit person Phil is.

Speaking of that, I suggest putting this subforum under wraps again; he's desperately exposing himself for attention from us given we're pretty much his only source right now. I want to on some level see what a total blackout would do to him psychologically at this point.
 
I don't know. I think the surgeon nailed it. If you ever saw Phil out and about you'd think "I bet he looks like a trainwreck naked" and now, there you go.

Thought: how much of an impact did hiding the forum have on Phil's decision to move ahead with the surgery? I know he's said he wanted it for years, but it seems odd it actually happened after we gave him the cold shoulder.

I can answer it to some degree. He at first tried crowing we were scared of him, but then he got pissy since we're literally the only people who actually kind of give him the time of day. The lack of attention actually made him desperately try to leap into other ratking dramas to try and get his name mentioned here. That's why I would be curious to see how much harder he'd lose his shit given he's gotten no attention from the mutilation beyond "ew gross lol" from us.

Never for Phil. The only thing left for him now is regret when he finally realizes (which is going to be a slow process...and I mean fucking slow) that getting a gaping wound he labels as a vagina, didn't change anything except for giveing him the gift of a raging infection, sepsis, and dialating multiple times a day.

Phil will never realize how utterly fucked he is or regret his actions. He will, till the day he finally dies of sepsis from his null-de-sac, blame us.

Of course, I will say there's always a slim, very slim, chance that when shit has finally hit the fan and his bad decisions finally come back to bite him on his fetid ass he'll have a moment of pure, uncontrollable, all-consuming panic and just break down bawling. Sadly no one will be there to record his screams.

If Dr Dugi hacks up something as big as Phil's fupa this badly, imagine what he'd be like at neurosurgery.
