I'm positive Spudkin gets a kick out of it. It's like some kinda exhibitionism, but with 200% more rotting taint. Not sure what he makes of our disgusted reactions - we KNOW he's reading these threads. Maybe his ultimate way of trolling the Kiwis is forcing them to look at his mangled genitals (I can hardly call the stinkditch that... it's an insult to human biology on its own).

IMO, it's his sexual immaturity talking. Phil gets a thrill from showing off his parts the same way a child would. It's probably the closest he can get to sexual satisfaction.
