The hole festers more and more every day. It's only a matter of time before Phil bloats into a Great Unclean One at this rate, not to say that he isn't already unclean.
 
This surgery was totally and utterly botched. I'd feel bad if it wasn't Phil.

I guess the doctor doesn't have vaginas where he comes from and just went based on phil's description of one.
 
Did he get a doctor to get SRS or a butcher, because I can't tell the fucking difference.
 
It actually looks better than expected. Not good, but not as awful as i thought it would. I guess we wait until the leprosy sets in

Well, maybe you should go to his Tumblr and ask him there seeing as no one here and is remotely interested in Phil doing that. It would be the tranny version on goatse.
 
He's got like a clit and then a side clit... and there's like a cyst/boil thing happening on the side mound (near his thigh).

It's a mess. I don't think a vagina is always perfectly center, kinda like how ever boob isn't the same size. But I still don't think it should be THAT off center. The .... hole .... is also not angled quite right.

But it seems clean? At least cleaner than the rest of him.
 
As for nomenclature, maybe we should have a poll?

I love 'null-de-sac' myself. Seems apt for us to name his new 'vagina' after our god and master. Also it'll piss Phil off.

Personally, I think it looks like a really bad Donner Kebab, the kind you buy at 2 am from an iffy Kebab place on the way home from a questionable night out that you wake up with after using it as a pillow when you've crawled over the threshold.

The kind that uses that offensively bright coloured mayonnaise, and chilli sauce that tastes more like diesel than food, where Food Safety wasn't just an afterthought it wasn't even a thought.

And trust me a truly horrific Donner Kebab, is a sight to behold that's just the first example I could find that even come close.
 
I keep staring at it... and it makes less sense the longer I look at it. Tranny vaginas typically at least resemble the legit ones. But his looks like a Picasso interpretation of the vagina. Totally jumbled and bizarre.
