I think their actual first question will be "why does this shed smell like fish and ass? and why is there ants all over the place?"

And I'm not sure if this matters but you have a criminal record. Does Canada have anything on the books about a convicted felon being able to give testimony in court?

Convicts testify in court all the time. Who do you think are the witnesses to most crimes?

But until they've actually been convicted they're not actually convicts but defendants. It's a fine line I'll admit but a necessary one.

Actually I'm wondering more from the point of view of them being seen as a reliable witness by the judge. Could a case be made by the prosecutor or defense that because Tranny Mike has a record he's therefore less trustworthy than somebody who has never seen the inside of a cell.

As much of a pain for the mods as it would be, I hope Mike chimps out on us. Lolcow tantrums are hilarious if they don't go on for 10 pages.

However he's get eviscerated due to his record, and would likely hurt his case.
It really depends. If a witness was convicted of a crime that is related to his testimony, or if his crime has a bearing on his trustworthiness (say, the witness was a con man or convicted of fraud), the opposing attorney can bring it up. If the crime is completely unrelated to the testimony and would have little to no impact on it, the opposing attorney should not be permitted to mention it.

Since when did a yogurt parfait cost $5? Canadian Safeways carry them for $2-$3 tops, and Real Canadian Superstore has them for even cheaper. Unless you are shopping at some high profile grocery store produce is not that expensive. I can buy a pound of fresh mushrooms for $1.29 per pound and a large bundle of carrots for less than a buck per pound.

Oasis Smoothies aren't good for you because they still contain alot of sugar (no added sugar doesn't mean much when a combination of different fruits can spike up the sugar level). I would even question the yogurt parfait since alot of them use pie filling for the fruit topping.

Btw....it is "seaweed".

Metro is a very expensive grocery chain. I believe the prices she's using.

I think it's worth pointing out again that Julie didn't make an account here because she's literally too stupid to figure out how.

Doesn't matter. Her tranny man made one and posted once before he got tuckered out for the night.
That's what happens when you date old men Julay, they don't have the stamina to keep their post count up.

So, in her rambling discussions about peeing and orgasms, she mentions orgasms that she can't feel. What the hell does that mean? Sounds like she goes to the bathroom and notices sometimes that she peed in her underwear and assumes it was an orgasm that she couldn't feel? What?

Ya. Much like a certain other cow, her bodily waste has a habit of slipping out unnoticed.

But why would you go there if you are tight on money? ... Why go to an overpriced grocery store to buy junk food....?

But why would you go there if you are tight on money? If you have a low income and want to eat healthy food Superstore is extremely cheap. Why go to an overpriced grocery store to buy junk food....?
Considering she and Mike can't drive (Mike takes a driving test tomorrow) she has to go where her Grandma goes with her and I'm guessing grandma pays for it

Oh I know that, Julay is a sponge after all. What I am saying is that if her grandma complains about the healthy food is too expensive to get why would granny dear go to such a grocery store?

Maybe she thinks that because she has the money, she should go there instead. When there are clearly more cheaper options.
