I live in Ontario. ... There are laws about cyber bullying yes, but they are only used if and when someone threatens to hurt or kill somebody, if they share naked photos of them without consent(it won't work if she plasters them online already) and if we keep verbally harassing her.

There's actually more to it than just that. There's also this little thing called "jurisdiction" and the Ontario police only have it in Ontario, or maybe all of Canada. When the posters come from all over the world, and the site is hosted in GodBear knows where, there's not a whole hell of a lot the Ontario police can do.

If Mikey thinks that the Canadian police can bring charges of "crimanal harrasment" against folks in other countries, he's a few credits short of a high school degree. (Oh, wait. He actually is. Whoops...)

That isn't 100% true. The Amanda Todd case closed with an arrest for a man from the Netherlands who was cyber bullying girls all around the world. Local police can't do much about online bullying, but if the RCMP gets involved then they can do something about it. But of course they will only do something if the matter is serious.

Edit: Now that I think about it, if Mike and Julay get the police in on this how are they going to explain the photos of Julay all beaten up? Any reasonable cop would hear alarm bells ringing for domestic abuse.
