Josh Duggar is in custody in Arkansas federal law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The reality star was arrested Thursday by federal agents in Washington County, and he's being held in a detention center without bail.

We've obtained Duggar's mug shot, showing the former reality star posing with a bizarre smirk.

As we reported ... back in November 2019, Homeland Security agents were crawling around the car dealership where Duggar works in Arkansas, raiding his office in connection to a federal probe.

Josh's only current legal dispute, as far as we know, is a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud. It would appear his latest arrest is for something far more severe, though it's unclear exactly why he's been taken in.

Granted, during that same period a lot of cultures that practically mandated pederasty (looking at you, Sparta) still had kids. Most peoples' sexuality is a bit more fluid than purely same-sex or opposite sex attraction, and the ancient world is proof positive of that because being fucking people of both sexes was not considered that weird. I mean, Heracles had four wives and multiple kids but also had his lifelong lover Iolus, and there are remnants of the temples to their relationship to this day.

Also, if this site has taught me anything, we're still kind of in an age of goat-fuckers.

As for the part of the Bible that apparently forbids homosexuality, it's from Leviticus or the Old Testament or the Torah / Jewish Bible. The words used in the older manuscript were "men" and "males" but the two words did not mean what they do now and weren't interchangeable. Men were "men" (or Ish in Hebrew) and "males" were Zachar, or someone who was too young to vote or get married or be a land owner. In our time this sort of person would be considered too young to legally consent to sex.

So, an update: Josh's lawyers are trying to get pictures the feds took of his hands and feet dismissed as evidence. Why pictures of his hands and feet? Well, it seems Joshy Boy may indeed have taken part in the abuse and been one of the subjects of his Cheese Pizza stash, as his hands have scarring that matches hands that appear in some of the material.

PHOTOS of Josh Duggar's hands that he wanted dismissed in his child pornography case reveal a scar that matches images on the device allegedly used in the crime, court records say.

Josh, 33, was arrested and charged with possessing and receiving child pornography in April. He has denied any wrongdoing.

As The Sun previously reported, Josh’s legal team filed a motion to suppress, which means to not be used in court, “photographs law enforcement took of Duggar’s hands and feet while requiring him to pose for the photographs in custody.”

Josh’s attorneys claimed authorities “did not have a warrant which authorized the taking of the photographs” and that they were taken without his lawyer present.

The court filing provided the three images taken while Josh was in custody on April 29, 2021.

In the photos, Josh has his hands stretched out over his feet, as the pictures are taken from an angle above him.

The court papers argued that law enforcement “must obtain a warrant which permits photographing a defendant’s body parts (other than a simple booking photograph) and to permit requiring a defendant to pose in a particular manner for these types of photographs.

They called it “egregious” that Josh’s body parts were “manipulated and he was required to pose for the photographs.”

Josh’s team called the photographs an “intrusion on [his] personal rights” and ask they be removed from evidence.

The Sun can exclusively reveal the government is responding by demanding the judge deny the request.

The court papers claim Josh “expressly consented to having the photographs taken.”

The papers continued: “The photographs document a scar on the defendant’s hand, which is plainly visible.

“Law enforcement observed the same scar in images recovered from the defendant’s electronic devices seized pursuant to a search warrant in this case.”

The documents continue to allege that the photographing of his hands “did not constitute an unreasonable or warrantless search of the defendant” and that “his hands were in plain view and clearly visible.”

He was not ordered to remove an article of clothing for the photographs.

She's a Stepford. Most of the fundie wives stay indoctrinated. Quiverfull tells you to stand by your man even if he's diddling the kiddies.

I also believe the hands and feet pics are identifying evidence. From what I've read the "Daisy's Destruction" video is not shared for free. It requires a trade of content because the sickos who enjoy it have obvious trust issues. I bet if you got the video and shared it around like sticks of gum you'd be anonymously reported by people pissed at you for breaking their agreement.

Josh was 12 when he started. The youngest girl he molested was apparently Joy-Anna when she was five. And he put his fingers inside her, so it was full on rape. Might explain Austin's presence.
