Josh Duggar is in custody in Arkansas federal law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The reality star was arrested Thursday by federal agents in Washington County, and he's being held in a detention center without bail.

We've obtained Duggar's mug shot, showing the former reality star posing with a bizarre smirk.

As we reported ... back in November 2019, Homeland Security agents were crawling around the car dealership where Duggar works in Arkansas, raiding his office in connection to a federal probe.

Josh's only current legal dispute, as far as we know, is a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud. It would appear his latest arrest is for something far more severe, though it's unclear exactly why he's been taken in.

Since the beginning I have that his wife and mother should be forced to see what he has been fapping to. That is the cure for this kind of enabling.

Are they going to talk about or show images of DD? How can any jury handle seeing even a small part of that? Do they offer jurors post verdict counselling?

I remember when the guy who produced DD was caught some reporting websites posted cropped/censored pics of the smallest girl (Daisy?) and just the look of pain and terror on her face I think would be enough to convey what Josh was getting off to.

That’s being overly optimistic. You know these religious nuts will continue to breed under the whole “having kids to own the Libs” and “muh Bible!” I also highly doubt they’ll take this trial at face value - ie actually believe anyone in their precious church could do such a thing and bury their head in the sand (and their dicks in prepubescent kids).

And back when it premiered I thought it was just about wacky fundies. But Jimbo started creeping me out after a few episodes.

I know I'm being very optimistic, but I hope that if this is a victory it will promote more victims of fundie sex abuse to come forward.

I would be very surprised if Jim Bob isnt also a sex pest. I strongly believe the apple probably didn't fall far from the tree with Josh. There are probably other sex pests within the extended Duggar family as well, given how rotten fundies are with them.

Apparently Joy, one of the sisters he molested, was at the trial today. It was brought up in Quiverfull General that her family might have gaslight her into doubting her memories of the abuse. For as much as fundies claim to care about kids when they're trying to ban abortion, they sure as fuck never fail to treat their own in the most appalling way.

Oh they did something alright. They made sure Pest got a "stern talking to" from JB's state trooper buddy who was eventually convicted of CP possession himself (and is currently in prison for it). Plus I'm sure all the girls got plenty of lectures on making sure not to tempt or seduce the menfolk with their sinful knees and shoulders, if not just straight up blamed openly for what was done to them.

It's not that fundies do nothing about nonces in their midst they know about, it's that what they usually do is circle the wagons around the nonce and blame the victims. That's why fundie sex pests are rarely even reported to law enforcement, and even if they are it's unlikely they'll be punished for what they did. The feds getting involved is the best chance of a fundie sex pest actually going to prison.

It's been posted in Quiverfull General but according to testimony from Duggar family friends yesterday, not only was Josh molesting his sister as young as 12, but it was a continuous thing for years as opposed to isolated incidents like JB tried to make it out like. Pest also got violent with at least 2 of the girls too, so it wasn't just inappropriate touching while they slept.

Apparently the friends even suggested to Boob at one point to move to a bigger house to put more distance between pest and the other kids (the house they had at the time was only 3 bedroom). Boob shot them down because he wanted to "live frugally". Dude gave absolutely zero fucks about the safety of his young daughters.

Islamic-ass content all around, but hey, at least they aren't aborting any embryos! Though if it was possible to rape an embryo I'm sure Pest and other fundies would, since now we know even newborns arent too young for him:cryblood:

A lot has gone down over the past couple days. The "expert witness" of the defense got obliterated by the prosecution the other day, and RimJob made an appearance for the first time only for the defense of his nonce son because of course. He apparently was also campaigning at the damn CP trial of his son.

Also he and the Holts (and Quiverfull types in general) practice arranged marriage more or less. Islamic content all around.
