Crime Josh Duggar Arrested - 19 Years and Counting?

Josh Duggar is in custody in Arkansas federal law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The reality star was arrested Thursday by federal agents in Washington County, and he's being held in a detention center without bail.

We've obtained Duggar's mug shot, showing the former reality star posing with a bizarre smirk.

As we reported ... back in November 2019, Homeland Security agents were crawling around the car dealership where Duggar works in Arkansas, raiding his office in connection to a federal probe.

Josh's only current legal dispute, as far as we know, is a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud. It would appear his latest arrest is for something far more severe, though it's unclear exactly why he's been taken in.

Josh Duggar is a scumbag of the highest order and even if his wife won't divorce him, I hope he gets the book thrown at him in the courts.

Given the insanity of the Quiverfull movement, I'm honestly not at all surprised that its most famous adherent is a complete and total sick fuck.

If we lived a just world, Josh Duggar would be literally crucified for what he did.
 
Will the trial be streamed in any way or is it verboten because of cheese pizza?

Duggars Splinter amid Josh's Legal Drama: Family Isn't 'as Close as They Once Were,' Says Source​


"It's creating a lot of stress on the family," a source tells PEOPLE about the latest legal drama surrounding Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's eldest son, Josh.
The Duggar family's insular world, meticulously cultivated and controlled by patriarch Jim Bob, appears to be splintering.
After oldest son Josh Duggar's arrest in April on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography, TLC cut all ties with the Duggars and pulled the plug on Counting On — fracturing the unity of the once tight-knit family and leaving their future uncertain.
"They aren't as close as they once were because of all of Josh's legal drama," a family source tells PEOPLE in this week's issue. "It's creating a lot of stress on them — although the majority of the family is acting like nothing has happened."

But what's unfolding now is different than the 2015 scandal that forced the network to cancel the family's first show, 19 Kids and Counting, after a 2006 police investigation surfaced revealing that Josh had been accused of molesting five underage girls (including at least two of his sisters) in 2002 and 2003 when he was 14. Three months later, a massive data hack revealed that Josh was a dues-paying member of Ashley Madison, a cheating website, and he soon confessed to being unfaithful to his wife Anna Duggar and having an addiction to pornography. After some time in a faith-based rehabilitation center in Illinois, he returned to his family. By October 2016, Jinger (Duggar) Vuolo along with her new husband Jeremy Vuolo, began to put distance between herself and her family by moving to Laredo, Texas, then to Los Angeles.
The following year, older sister Jill (Duggar) Dillard — married to recent law school grad Derick Dillard — quit Counting On and said she had learned that Jim Bob was earning $25,000 to $45,000 an episode for the family's participation while she'd never received any compensation.
The 30-year-old mom of two, who hasn't seen her parents in more than two years, told PEOPLE last year that she's at peace with lifestyle choices that would have been unthinkable years ago. "We wanted more control of our own lives," Jill said. Most recently, news of Josh's arrest this year caused even further strain on the family's unity. Jinger, 27, and Jeremy, 33, released statements saying they were "disturbed" by the child porn allegations against Josh and wanted "justice." It was a bold departure from Jim Bob and Michelle's statement, which read: "It is our prayer that the truth, no matter what it is, will come to light ... We love Josh and Anna and continue to pray for their family." Currently, Josh, who has pleaded not guilty to charges of possessing and receiving child pornography, is staying with third party custodians, Lacount and Maria Reber, and is confined to their home via GPS tracking as he awaits his criminal trial on Nov. 30.
Though he was granted "unlimited contact" with his six young children, provided that Anna is present, he is not allowed to see any other minor children, including his many nieces and nephews.
With his trial date just three months away, the family's eldest sibling is feeling confident he won't be charged, according to the family source: "He really thinks he's going to get out of it."
And Jim Bob and Michelle "are very much standing by their son," says the source.
"Jim Bob always wants to sweep things under the rug," the family source shares. "He's never going to talk about the scandal because it's bad for business."

I would not be shocked if those sources are Cousin Amy and/or that Without A Crystal Ball lunatic. She's got hundreds of videos on The Duggars. I do think it is pretty low of People to put Jill and Jessa on the cover. considering they were two of his victims. It should be a big print out of his slimy, smug mugshot.

As for people wondering if Anna will leave him, nope. The IBLP (Institute of Basic Life Principles, which the Quiverfull people obey much more than the Bible) instructs that in the case of a husband being a pedophile who has abused the kids, the wife should first try to find some way to blame herself and the kids and prevent it, then if the law gets involved, cooperate with the authorities, have him serve out his sentence, then welcome him back into the home once he has served it. The argument is that by the time he gets out that the kids will be too old to molest. Then, of course, be a good enough of a wife to keep him from "straying" again. The idea is that men won't "stray" if you are "biblical" and "joyfully available" enough. Basically if you are good enough, the husband will be inspired by your godliness and become a good man. If he doesn't, you've just failed to be good enough.

Anna has had chances to leave before. When the cheating scandal and the first molestation scandal broke, two of her siblings who left the cult offered her a place and she refused and continued having kids with him. That's not an accident. The more kids she has with him, the harder it gets for her to leave even if she wished to.

At this point the other kids are probably best getting as far away from the parents and pest as possible. Especially ones who have children.

Hopefully Josh will be going to federal prison for a while soon, so even if Anna is too brainwashed to divorce her violent sexual predator husband the feds will keep him away from their kids.

A lot of the men actually love abortion - or, rather, they love forcing their mistresses to get abortions. If you spend any time in the DC gossip scene you know that without fail it's always the most stringently "pro-life" politicians who send the most interns through the back entrance of the Annapolis Planned Parenthood. (The "progressive" scumbags always make sure their mistresses are on some sort of hormonal birth control. The pro-life family values crowd can't do that since they only bring on good Christian girls, of course)

There were rumors that Joshy Boy paid one of the sex workers he hired to clean out her oven.

There was also this other Quiverfull family, the Willis Clan, where the dad was raping all the girls.

But yeah you see it all over: the evangelicals, the Taliban, the FLDS, the Branch Davidians, The Family/Children of God, etc. Religious fundamentalism breeds sexual dysfunction.

Apparently the people who translated the Bible most Christians use today took the word meaning "pedophile" and made it into "gay" instead. So all those God Hates Fags adherents who refuse to cast a stone on a chomo while casting their gay kid out onto the streets kinda really have it backwards.
 
Yeah I know The Only Moral Abortion is My Abortion continues to be just as relevant as the day it was first published despite it now being 20+ years old for a reason. Would not be surprised if Josh has knocked up strange and used Daddy's money to pay for abortions, he'd be far from the first fundie scumbag to do so. And yeah religious extremism breeds sexual dysfunction and sex pests to a level that would make troons blush. The Thunderdome crowd might not want to acknowledge that fact, but it's true and it's been documented for ages. Josh is just one of countless examples, most of whom sadly are never brought to justice because fundies go above and beyond to protect chomos and other sex pests amongst their own.

Yeah wasn't pedaresty still a fairly common thing in biblical times? I know dick all about the bible but I wouldnt be surprised if at least some of the anti gay shit in KJV originally referred to dudes molesting little boys instead of gay shit between consenting adults.

That said wasnt Mary still like 12 when Abrahamic god knocked her up? I guess pedo shit is ok in the bible as long as the kids are girls.

The Willis's were like the Quiverfull Partridge Family - musical enough to end up on America's Got Talent. They had 2 seasons of TLC show (because of COURSE they did) until Daddy Dearest got busted for raping the girls. He fled the state at one point but got captured, then got forty years after pleading guilty.

There is a lot of debate over Leviticus's rules on sex and the line about fucking boys/men. Unfortunately, as with most biblical translations... it's iffy. The Hebrew nation did differ from a lot of other major cultures at the time, the most obvious example being monotheism. So it isn't completely out of the realm of possibility that they'd be anti-pedo.

Damn, I'll have to look into that. Did TLC possibly know the abuse was going on like with the Duggars? I feel like TLC has some culpability as well since they've been the Duggars main financial enabler forever and had to have known about Josh molesting his sisters at least
 
Let me put it this way when it comes to TLC: I would not be wholly shocked if they had some idea or at least heard something before at least the premiere of the second season. Reminder: the only reason that Josh's crimes as a teen came out was because an anonymous acquaintance of the family gave a tip to the Oprah show prior to an interview.

Apparently the initial charges against Toby Willis that he fled the state over was a rape of a 9 year old that had happened 12 years prior. The Feds had had been investigating him for years.

Now, I wasn't there, so I can't say for certain, but it is very off-putting. I don't know exactly what the vetting process is for networks when putting people on TV, but there are only two real possibilities here. Either the vetting process is disturbingly lax or TLC knew something. TLC is kind of shaping up to be the BBC of the US at this rate: rife with pedos. You have Joshy boy, the Willis's, you have Mama June from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo dating a pedophile who molested her daughter then leaving her husband for the same pedo after he gets out of prison. And then you have this shit:

They're exploitative in general and seem to just skirt the law, or feign ignorance and wipe their hands clean when a scandal hits, like with pretty much all of the Good White Christian Family shows. As for the part of the Bible that apparently forbids homosexuality, it's from Leviticus or the Old Testament or the Torah / Jewish Bible. The words used in the older manuscript were "men" and "males" but the two words did not mean what they do now and weren't interchangeable. Men were "men" (or Ish in Hebrew) and "males" were Zachar, or someone who was too young to vote or get married or be a land owner. In our time this sort of person would be considered too young to legally consent to sex.

The other thing that people dont grasp is that you need to keep the clan going you needed children to take over for you. Homosexuals arent able to reproduce and as a result isnt gonna go over well. why people try to apply rules written from the bronze age relating to a bunch of goat fuckers is one thing I ve never understood.
