I am not a psychologist, but it is so damn clear that if you have troubles coping with external issues, being super present on twitter is a bad move. Go touch a grass is damn good piece of advise cause for a modern western people the main source of distress are things happening online. Log off from social media, stop reading each damn comment below your YT, take a 2 week trip to mountains, immense yourself into research (you are a scientist ffs) or go knit a pair of socks. Do anything but being terminally online. If I, a random person understand that, I do not get how a renown psychologist fails to.He was always overly sensitive but it appears he has completely lost his capability to cope with any curveball life throws at him.
Also, inadvertently I compare him to JKR, who also faces a lot of tards in twitter but handles it like a terf queen she is. The difference between their approach (and probably state of their mental health) is striking.
