Name changes follow you the rest of your life as far as government, courts, police and financial institutions go.
A background check by any of those will reveal any names you've had previously.
They won't go back and change old documents, either.
A landlord or employer can get access to old names and records if there is a good reason for it.

CPIC used by Police will show old names and all known aliases as well.

Translation: Vaccinated people don't show signs of infection so they are walking around spreading Covid-19 without knowing it with a smug look on their face.
Meanwhile, an unvaccinated people will show symptoms and be able to know to get treated and stay away from others.

There's already cards circulating along with templates. thanks to the virtue signalers posting photos of them on social media.
Side loaded apps that show fake vaccine status are already a thing as well.

I already have a real vaccination card that I lifted from a pop-up vaccination site a couple months ago. It has the vaccine name and batch number already printed.
you just fill out the rest in pen or pencil.

I'm thinking maybe something like getting thousands of stars like this with "No unvaccinated people allowed!" printed on permanent stickers and plastering them on the windows of places that go hardcore enforcing this.
That will stir up shit for sure.
