1) I've never claimed it was an "Afterthought". I simply assumed a GoPro would do the job and didn't put any real planning into it. Hold it hidden in my hand, Walk in, sit down and record. It's small and black, less blatant then a cellphone.
I fell for the GoPro and big Youtuber marketing bullshit and bought one.
2) I had never been to an HRT hearing, so I didn't know how the seating was laid out. I assumed it was like mini courtrooms. They are not. It's 9 office chairs crammed closely together in the corner of a small office, the corner was less then 8' wide.
You can get an idea of how packed it was in the "waxmyballs" channel videos and photo's of Mariam standing alone holding a sign in front of a floor to ceiling window. The room was at best 20' by 12'. with tables taking up the majority of it.
Coseneau was at the furthest end with a clear view of everyone.
3) The front 3 seats were taken by lawyers there to observe from a nearby law office, they kept coming and going constantly. standing up, rustling crap around fucking up the audio, looking in my direction. So ya, it was a bit tricky not getting spotted
it's likely they would have ratted me out. Throw in the super humid day in an unair-conditioned office. The GoPro was constantly overheating and crashing or locking up. You have to pull and reinsert the battery to get it going again
Not an easy task with eyes on you and Coseneau always reminding people about recordings being banned. I also had to recharge it with a cable and a power brick... while being watched.
Normally I would have got there early and snagged a front seat. I was busy and forgot about the hearing. I got there late.
4) The "Waxmyballs" channel videos were on a different date from my first video, it was standing room only because the media and a ton of women showed up.
The woman who recorded it was standing because she showed up late which allowed her to get a clear view and just casually record with her cellphone out.
The third day, there were even more people and the majority of people including myself were forced to stand in the hall. Tickets were handed out to people who managed to get a spot.
That is the day Donald and Dan Dicks got into it with Yaniv in the elevator and the cops were called when Yaniv demanded a police escort out.
I met Jonathan Yaniv for the first time all the way back in 2008 when he was trying to get "National sex day" made an official event across Canada.
I ran into him in downtown Vancouver where he was running around creeping people out with his little plan to get laid. Back then he was just a run of the mill dorky incel.

They were not happy about it, they attempted to get Youtube to remove the videos. Youtube refused.
Taking down the HRT's and activist courts isn't something that just happens overnight because of a sneaky video recording.
The media however are becoming more interested in what's going in them now. They are competing with Youtuber's now.
Being the owner of the channel, I have access to the full analytics to the videos, I see the spikes in views whenever certain things start trending on social media or appear in the news.
Also,. There are several members of the media who are subscribed to my channel. The RCMP and VPD are also subscribed. So anything I shoot is evidence against him.
There is also footage I have that's not on the channel. I give that to people who are fighting Yaniv in the event it can be used against Yaniv, the police or the lawyers.
Thanks to Antifa in Montreal. Chris Elston is now beginning to blow up in the media. I'll be there for that when he needs me
Generally he sticks to himself because camera's tend to scare people because they who afraid to talk to him less they get "Cancelled".
The vast majority of conversations he has are off camera.
I don't have the resources to travel the country with him, but I'll happily assist with hooking him up with contacts in the places he goes.

The difference between you and me is, I'm on the ground meeting the people involved. I'm shooting footage.
