He specifically didn't want us to feel too sorry and sad about his death! He wanted you to feel joy and peace that the is in heaven!

Treating someone as an emotional crutch is in of itself selfish, and putting feefees over their despair is probably why they could not bear living.
 
This was heavily inspired by his "Me and Twinkey Pie" drawing in the OP. It's really tragic to find out too late about someone so interesting.
He is resting now and I hope his family finds peace.

I made a transparent version if you guys want to add your own BG to it.

He died of Sodium Nitrite — a chemical used for curing meat.

Sodium Nitrate is a completely different chemical.

never heard of this man before today, but the unlisted video explaining how he likes his dick sucked (with diagrams and reenactments!) is one of the funniest things i have ever seen in my life. Gutted he had such a shit, traumatic upbringing because it begs the question of what might have been if that wasn't part of his equation; he had a mind for comedy without even trying. Choosing to believe the convulsing at the end was agonal breathing and he wasn't lucid enough to feel it. RIP Joe Winko.

You have it backwards.

Sodium nitrate acts as a slow-release source of nitrite in cured meats, while sodium nitrite is added for its immediate antimicrobial effects and ability to preserve the pink color of meat.

Agreed, and my post was in no way intended to guilt people who are already at their lowest. Just offering an alternative perspective to that (frankly, insulting) argument to make it more hopeful.

A perfectly sane,perfectly normal well dressed average Joe who drives around in his car to the same few stops ,only watches scary movies on occasions,manages his type 1 diabetes well and goes on Grindr from time to time is not the life Joe would've ever wanted.
The real question would be what if Joe Winko was crazy and passionate enough to BE Joe Winko without being so unstable and insane to function in normal society? Maybe he would've been a Damien Leone style indie horror director,maybe a popular game designer or composer,maybe he would've simply found contentment with growing his YouTube channel and take the successes when they came. Now that Joe Winko is the Joe Winko I want to see. Joe Winko was wonderful as he was but a Joe Winko who could actually function in this mortal plane with minimal outside help nor friction was too good for us.

You seem to really love him a lot, and based on the voice note he sent you that you shared in the thread before he died, Joe knew that and he loved you too. He was lucky to have you as a friend in his life, thank you for being there for him.

You know,I get alot of shit for Negging the Pozhole and fecal feeling or whatnot but I genuinely do believe had not for this thread or out involvement in his life he probably would've died in 2021 or 2022. I am positive that by showing him that people do love and admire him it gave him the strength to keep going at least for a little bit. Had we not intervened his suicide would've been largely forgotten and ignored and only his small circle would've given a hoot About him. We did the best we could've,and that's most definitely what is up toobz.
