Is this still a thing? I'm asking because Jim deadass posted part of Flynn's recorded deposition on his twitter and dedicated a lot of this last Radpod about talking about it. I looked through all the filings you posted and I didn't see any new ruling changing that but could've missed it.

Finally getting a chance to dive into this. I'm skipping all of Flynn's stuff and going straight for the good stuff. Page 157, page 10 of Jim's deposition, we have his opening bumble.

I went ahead and skimmed through maybe a dozen or so pages further and you have around a 75% chance of getting bombarded with stuttering and dash pauses. I am giddy with the real life proof that Jim is not dumbass on stream because he's lit or wasted. He's just a dumbass.

Also, THE Doyle is there representing Jim and Jim's middle name is Arthur, not that there's anything wrong with that.
 
THE CASE IS OVER. Flynn announced he dismissed the case even though the mediation failed. @Ralph Barnhardt you'll want to see this. Do you have any info on why this might have happened?
