What's weird is that his firm is one mainly for criminal defense.
I swear to god Jim just googled “attorney Sarasota” and got all of the personal injury lawyers who also cover other areas.

Let’s be honest, if Jim was serious about this, he would’ve hired someone else. When you get into a 1A situation there are a handful of known lawyers that you want to go to. Especially when you’re being sued by a public figure.

THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Jim decided to go full-on spergatory and write up his autobiography in a tweet.

Rather than include the ten screenshots, it’s easier to read here (and even better on the video embedded below)

IMG_7666.jpeg

It turns out that Jim can’t be anti-Semitic because his dad’s last name was Glassman. It’s a legendary cope post. In my opinion, Jim is starting to realize that his master plan to grift on political twitter has done immense damage and he’s approaching the point of no return. He likely saw people like Rebekah Jones make millions and thought he could do the same. Now, he’s sold his life away for Dodge Magnum money

JIM’S PSYCHIC PREMONITION THAT MIKE FLYNN IS Q AND THE LEGAL PROBLEM THIS CAN CAUSE HIM.

IMG_7660.jpeg

3 days after Flynn wrote an article it “clicked” that “Flynn was behind the QAnon movement”

IMG_7652.jpeg

In his tweet autobiography Jim accidentally does something that can

1) hurt him legally

2) upend his cred within his own community

IMG_7667.jpeg

How it can hurt him legally

So, what did this lunatic do? He admitted that his years of daily defamation of Flynn is based on him reading an article and having an “ah ha” moment. If we are to believe Jim’s story here, then he just handed Flynn a huge win. It means that Jim got an idea, turned it into constant defamation, and barely looked for evidence to support his defamatory claims. It’s Jim admitting that he didn’t do research and come to this conclusion. It’s an admission that he came to this conclusion on a feeling and proceeded to violate Flynn for years based on this feeling. I can’t even begin to describe how insane it is that he’s saying this. In addition, it’s likely a lie. Because as they approach discovery Jim knows he may have to reveal the impact of Rauhauser on this entire operation. So, Jim is either lying here and will have to lie to the courts, or have…

ZERO CREDIBILITY IN HIS OWN CULT

Jim, for years, has built up a cult following based on the idea that he did massive research and came to the conclusion that Mike Flynn is the creator of QAnon, used it intentionally as a tool to manipulate people, was working on behalf of Russia and using Q for this purpose, and hired a tribe of twitter users to harass, defame, and push him into suicide.

If Jim is telling the truth in this tweet, it means he’s telling his cult that “everything I claimed about intensive research leading me to my conclusion is actually bullshit”.

What’s truly amazing is that this statement could harm him both ways and get him really fucked in court. When discovery happens, they’ll see two very basic things

A) Rauhauser joins up with Stewartson and then The Thinkin Project

B) Jim becomes focused on Flynn, and all of Rauhausers enemies are behind it all. How convenient!

So when will Jim lie to the court and what will the lie be? Will he stick to his guns and claim he “discovered” Flynn being behind QAnon was due to him reading an article and only spending a week looking at it? Because that’s a “case closed!” epic loss. Or will he admit to the court that he hooked up with Rauhauser, who promised to help him grow his twitter and make money off of this grift and completely out himself to his following by effectively telling them all “I lied to you from the beginning”??!!

Jim is going to trial!

Let's start a pool and see how many of his aylogs get named in his discovery requests. Its going to be funny as shit for him to start demanding Flynn turn over communications with @jimisgay_realtalk and Flynn being like "never spoke to that person or the other 50 you listed"
The last quote tweet is from 2021 and goes on FOREVER about the Knights of Malta, Hospitallers, and Templars. I'm just gonna go out on a limb and guess that there's close to 100 subtweets, all ranting about long dead knight orders and how it involves Erik Prince and Peter Theil.
I don't know how to follow or make sense of this and its disturbing me.

Promises Made, Promises Broken!

It’s been more than 1,000 days since Jim Stewartson promised to expose the trolls for “who you are”. And he claimed to have so many receipts that it was going to take a little longer than expected.

This must be a hell of a lot of receipts

IMG_7669.jpeg

IMG_7655.jpeg

One of his cult members gets bricked up just thinking about it. This is pure boner fuel for a StewAnon

IMG_7656.jpeg

But the receipts would never come. I’m sure they’ll come out in court, right Jim?!?!

In my opinion, Jim is starting to realize that his master plan to grift on political twitter has done immense damage and he’s approaching the point of no return.
I suspect that Jim's drug and alcohol abuse was already out of control prior to the twitter grift. I suspect that it was less Jim retiring young due to his success and more his drinking was so out of control that people stopped working with him. I suspect his relationships with his family were already dead at this point as well.

He is really rough now, but when he started his stupid boomer podcast, he already looked like a heavy, daily drinker.

Even if Flynn wasn't suing his dumbass, he is well on the way to liver failure and has wet brain.

I swear to god Jim just googled “attorney Sarasota” and got all of the personal injury lawyers who also cover other areas.
Iirr at least one of them had the title of Super Lawyer on either their linkdin or about page and that probably helped sway Jim to pick them. For those who don't know, being a Super Lawyer is a very, very prestigious title that requires you to be a lawyer and pay some law periodical either $200 or $2,000. It's a marketing thing and is not based at all on your skill.
Let’s be honest, if Jim was serious about this, he would’ve hired someone else. When you get into a 1A situation there are a handful of known lawyers that you want to go to. Especially when you’re being sued by a public figure.
That's assuming Jim is smart enough to even know what he needs. His whole thesis is based on either reading a blog about ARGs or him getting punched in the face by a stage hand during the finale of Year Zero and somehow Mike Flynn stealing his IP or something. Most of his beliefs about Flynn seem to be straight up lies told to him by people who hate him and are openly fucking with him. He's just so dumb.
Looks like they’re pushing this out a full 12 months. And it allows for discovery. It makes me wonder if this was Jim’s request or Flynn’s. Jim and Josh Fidel (obese) have had this wet dream of discovery. They both believe that it gives them a right to anyones email, text, social accounts, etc. And they’ve mentioned it frequently.
I missed this part from earlier this week. I would have to guess it was from Flynn's side as that would give them enough time to sift through Jim's rantings and let Flynn do his movie tour.

I've not been sued before and I'm not a lawyer but discovery should be only on Jim's side as he's the one being sued. What that would be I think would be discussed and decided by the judge and then Jim would have to turn over those records. It would make absolutely no sense if Flynn has to provide anything because Jim is not bringing a suit against him. Like, if I were to sue The New York Times because they've been publishing lies about me and it makes it to the discovery phase, they don't get to look into my emails because I get to look into theirs. It would make even less sense if they magically got cart blanche access to every single thing Flynn has. If Jim and his fat gimp believe that they would, and I don't doubt you I just haven't seen it, then they are fucking stupid, shamefully so. Jim alleges that he has been part of multimillion dollar deals in selling and merging his many different companies. The fat gimp in a dress claims that he was some kind of software or tech infrastructure salesman who's also divorced. Both of them should know enough of legal processes and dealings to know that when someone else is suing you you do not get full and unfettered access to their entire lives.

I don't particularly care for Lt General Mike Flynn. He strikes me as a glow nigger that was shocked that his glow nigger society decided to sacrifice him because he stepped out of line. What they did to him was illegal and purely ideological which makes them gay glow niggers. Still, Flynn's response to some of it has been quite cringe. I say all that to say I really, really, really hope he rapes the shit out of Jim in court and I really, really, really hope it's as funny as Jim's history suggests. I hope we get all of Jim's discord messages (because discord keeps all that shit even if you delete it) and we we get to see all of his ranting and wanting to go after people he was taking money to help. I hope we get financial records where Jim is getting all his Stewanon money from and how he spends it on hotel stays with the cock lich and balloons. This is really far out there and pretty improbable but what if we found out through this that Jim was part of some three letter agency op to monitor or groom would be extremists like a left wing version of all the shooters that were all somehow known to law enforcement but they never did anything about? I have literally nothing to back up this thought but I can think of nothing more funny and more damaging to Jim's whole grift than him being a glow nigger himself.

EDIT:
After finding the original tweets and reading them Jim's biography seems pretty important so I capped it.
05-08-24 Call me Glassman pt1.png 05-08-24 Call me Glassman pt2.png 05-08-24 Call me Glassman pt3.png

As a result of my work, I’ve attracted a large, coordinated operation to discredit, defame, silence, and psychologically harm me.

Their goal is to, as Mike Flynn says, “isolate and divide the target.” Every single person who has been publicly supportive of me has been lied to. ALL of them.

I want to get a few facts on the record.

NOTE: None of this matters. Feel free to skip it if uninterested. I don’t blame you. But no one else is going to define me, for me.

I was born James Glassman in Brooklyn, NY.
My father was an Ashkenazi Jew. Both his parents fled the pogroms in Russia a century ago as kids.
My parents got divorced when I was 3 and my mom legally changed my name back to her maiden name. She was Scottish-Irish.
I grew up outside of DC in suburban Maryland with a single mom who worked as a computer programmer for the government.
I was an extremely shy, anxious kid, and I was bullied brutally all the way through junior high.
When I went to a new high school I made some friends. I was in punk bands, went to Grateful Dead shows and did lots of drugs.
I barely got out of high school. I failed 2nd semester senior English and had to take Summer School.
After high school I went to U of MD for a semester, dropped out and bartended for a few years until moving to CA at 21.
I met my wife in 1993 in San Francisco. We got married in 1998. We now have three adult sons who are all working their way through college.
In the 90s I was in lots of bands. None of them were commercially successful, but I had a shitload of fun.
In 1992, I got a job in the warehouse of a women’s clothing company. I ended up computerizing the whole place and discovered graphics in the process.
In 1994, I quit and started a small graphics and web design company.
In 1995, I got a job as a consultant for Virtuality, the largest virtual reality operator in the world who wanted to move their technology online. I had no idea what I was doing so I taught myself how to program 3D and Java. VR was cool at that point but it made you very ill, because the technology was not ready yet.
In 1996, I saw an ad for a Star Trek project, to create a 3D game for the web. No one had done this before but, as a devoted Trekkie, I felt I could pull it off. I did, and built the first 3D game on the web. You could run around the Borg cube with phasers and do battle. It was pretty cool for 28 years ago. 6 million people played it.
Based on this work I started a new company, Shout Interactive, we built content and technology for VR on the web. We did work for many major technology companies, major TV networks, and events like the Olympics.
We created a 3D toolkit to allow you to build VR worlds on the internet. We sold that company in 2000 to join a company with computer vision software. We created 3D engines, content and technology for mobile, web, and consoles—with a focus on using AI for facial animation. I was Chief Technology Officer.
In 2001, I met the people who were creating what later became known as “alternate reality games” (ARGs) while they were running “The Beast” at Microsoft for Steven Spielberg’s movie AI. I was read in on the entire experience. It ended up changing my life.
In 2004, I co-founded 42 Entertainment as CTO to create alternate reality games like The Beast. Our first big project was for Halo 2. It was called “I Love Bees.” It got a lot of attention. A LOT.
This ARG won the Innovation Award at the Game Developers Conference the next year.
We ran numerous ARGs for high profile companies after I Love Bees & for properties like Batman & Nine Inch Nails.
We won many awards, including two Grand Prix Cyberlions at the Cannes Festival of Creativity.
In 2007, several of the founders quit to start a new company. I was one of them. The company was called “Fourth Wall Studios.”
We built replayable, contained ARGs that used your entire electronic sphere to tell stories—and we built a technology platform called Rides.
1/
2/
I was CEO of Fourth Wall Studios for 5 years and we did a lot of cool projects, but the one that sticks out was our first major production on our technology platform, RIDES TV. It was comedy called “Dirty Work” about people who clean up crime scenes. The characters would call and email and otherwise bring you INTO the story. We won the first Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Creative Achievement, Interactive Show in 2012 for Dirty Work and Rides.

I was proud that we cast a brilliant trans actress in her first role, who went on to be a star on several TV shows.

I learned a very hard lesson after we won the Emmy, about billionaires and sociopaths who don’t care about people. They care about money, power and control. The investor who funded us thought that the Emmy meant we had built something he could steal. So he did. But without the people it meant nothing. It was just his loss.

I had to let my whole company go, 75 of my best friends. It was the worst day of my life.

In 2014, I got a job at Google/Niantic working on a multi-platform ARG. We created an entire world based on a series of books, ran live events, and gained millions of followers. Working at the behemoth of Google was also an eye-opener. Getting anything done was a nightmare. When Niantic spun out of Google, I went my own way and started another VR company as CEO.

That company, called Awesome Rocketship, built physical VR rigs and content that solved the problem I ran into decades before with VR causing nausea. I had an idea that if you build a motion platform to counteract the problem of your eyes seeing something your body doesn’t feel, that it would solve it.

So I built a physical motion rig connected to a VR set up in my living room. It worked. It eliminated nausea and made the experience much more intense. We had some success selling the product, but COVID destroyed any chance of a physical VR solution being a large market.

I went on to work at several other companies in the VR space and did a bunch of consulting work to build solutions for people.

In Summer 2020, I was following the George Floyd protests very closely. And I was seeing crossover between QAnon and the right wing agitators causing violence.

On August 2nd, 2020, a friend wrote an article about QAnon being a large alternate reality game (ARG). So I went to QAnon Twitter to check it out. The next several days was a horrifying revelation. QAnon WAS an ARG, in part, but it was using those techniques to do something much darker than entertain people. It was brainwashing them. This was a cult. It was getting angry. And it was being influenced by a retired general with ties to the Russians.

I resolved to do something about it.

That was 1375 days ago. I have never stopped. Not for a single day. And I won’t. Not until the people who abused my work to psychologically trap people into a death cult are brought to justice. Not until they stop actively trying to overthrow the country my grandkids are supposed to grow up in.

3/
3 days after I started investigating QAnon, Mike Flynn wrote an article about the dark forces of evil on the streets & it clicked what was going to happen. Flynn was behind the QAnon movement, he was taking control & he was going to aim it at the 2020 election—which he did.

This began a journey that I could have never imagined, a battle for my own right to speak, a battle for justice, and a battle for democracy. At first, I thought I was taking on a “game gone wrong” and it was a bunch of 4chan trolls that ran it, but I ended up face to face with our worst enemies, both foreign and domestic.

I didn’t understand how deep this went and just walked right into the buzzsaw of the people protecting it. The immune system of QAnon is very, very strong—and this is important—across the entire spectrum of politics, from far-left to far-right.

I contacted the people who advertised themselves as pro-democracy experts on QAnon because I figured maybe I could help them. I had a unique set of qualifications and experience to bring to the table, but I had only been really examining it for a week.

There seemed to be a whole community of “Q researchers” that were working on QAnon. They claimed to be against it, and wrote lots of tweets about it. There were “journalists” and a large popular podcast all about it. Surely, they would welcome me?

Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. It turned out that the people who were supposed to be exposing it, were actually there to protect it. They were making money from it, building careers from it, and had a very, very strong reaction to any suggestion of Russian interference, or that anyone other than random trolls were involved in running it.

That never made sense to me, because, based on my background, I knew building an “alternate reality game” & creating convincing LARPs — live action role play characters, like Q — took a lot of planning and experience. Moreover, this was clearly benefitting specific people—Trump, Putin, and an obscure three star retired general who got in trouble for colluding with the Russians. And he was raising gobs of money from it.

So I wrote a few articles, within a few weeks of starting, that went extremely viral. I only had 300 Twitter followers at the time. But I posted two stories on Medium that got over a million views. It was obviously that I had hit a nerve. People wanted answers and they weren’t getting them. Families were being torn apart, there was a vast ocean of unaddressed trauma, and no one was doing anything to stop it. So I got loud.

That’s when everything went to hell.
It's a very interesting read for me as someone who spent a mind numbingly long time researching Jim's life before he went cuckoo bonkers. He throws in a LOT of pointless details, most don't make sense. One of those claims that when he was in high school in Maryland that he was in punk bands and he also went to Grateful Dead shows which...bro. That sounds like something he made up just so he could say that he saw Jerry Garcia in the flesh. I do like that says that he did a lot of drugs and is so stupid that he barely got out of high school. He never does say that he graduated college. I know he listed San Francisco State in his education section on Linkdin but he doesn't mention it here. He mentions his third job after working in a warehouse and

"ended up computerizing the whole place and discovered graphics in the process"

which is a nonsense statement and what I assume is Eponymous press as being a consultant for Virtuality which might be Virtuality Inc that still exists. Two problems with this: This is the first he's mentioned Viruality as far as I can tell ever and what in the hell would he, a college drop out who's hooked on drugs and only other job before this was working in a warehouse, even be consulting on? I'm calling bullshit artist. He continues to read off the rest of his Linkdin work experiences in an effort to impress anyone who's not actually looked into him for the rest of the first tweet and well into the second. He says the Korean doctor who bought out 42 Entertainment stole it from him.

"I learned a very hard lesson after we won the Emmy, about billionaires and sociopaths who don’t care about people. They care about money, power and control. The investor who funded us thought that the Emmy meant we had built something he could steal. So he did. But without the people it meant nothing. It was just his loss. I had to let my whole company go, 75 of my best friends. It was the worst day of my life."

Patrick did not steal 42 and it's dumbass show with it's tranny janny with it's bought for Emmy for three shows ever made on a proprietary service that I have no idea how Jim thought would catch on. Patrick bought it for a cool $15 million. Jim sold his 75 bestest friends for $200k a pop.

He mentions Nitatec but unlike his Linkdin he makes no mention of Pokemon Go nor the lawsuit he was involved with when he worked there. He mentions Awesome Rocketship and shows the hadurz what's what by bringing up again his computer breaking hot box with a chair on top and how he fixed motion sickness in his living room. He blames the coof for killing Awesome Rocketship's Circle Jerk-a-Tron 9000 from hitting the market which is odd because he left the company, the company he founded and was CEO of, in 2018.

After all of that we finally get to the meat of this tome of idiocy. He reconfirms that he read some blog, it's not an article, made by someone he calls in the tweet a friend but I can't find any evidence that they've ever interacted,
1715474388827.png 1715474431314.png
Even with Jim trying to insert himself by calling himself an old colleague of Adrian's
for the record the Stuart here seems to be a Stuart Shulman.
08-02-20 Adrian says Qanon is not an ARG.png
shocker I know, about ARG's and how the government is using the same principles from those to manipulate people and that's what made him realize that Lt General Mike Flynn was Q. I do like how Adrian, Jim's muse for his entire spastic political career, explicitly says that Qanon is NOT an ARG but it's appeal can be explained, in part, by how ARGs are used/played and Jim decided to ignore that part that defeats his ENTIRE thesis.

Jim continues to insist that he invented ARGs and is upset that the spooky Q is abusing his work to overthrow the country his grandkids are supposed to grow up in. That's how he ends the second tweet and it seems like it's supposed to be a conclusion because tweet three ignores the last paragraph in tweet three. Jim is a worse writer than me and that's pretty bad.

Tweet three states that he only started investigating Qanon in 2020 which was years after Q came and pretty much left. 3 days after that Mike Flynn wrote something about "dark forces in the streets" that I can't find. That and that alone is what made Jim realize that Lt General Mike Flynn was THE Q!. Not only that but he realized that Qanon spread across the political aisle.

"I didn’t understand how deep this went and just walked right into the buzzsaw of the people protecting it. The immune system of QAnon is very, very strong—and this is important—across the entire spectrum of politics, from far-left to far-right."

He has to say that Qanon, something that everyone agrees or at least thinks of as far right, as far-left because there is no way in hell he could convince anyone that Mike Rothschild is far-right.

As @Doug S points out, Jim confesses that his epiphany took him less than a week. He took this knowledge handed down to him by not-God to many a discord to share his findings only to be mocked and ridiculed. Every single person in the Qanon truther community was ACTUALLY protecting Q! Imagine that, every single person you run into is actually part of the conspiracy that only you have figured out! Scary stuff! And wouldn't you know it? They're all making money off of it! Russian money! All these people were protecting Q and taking Russian money! You want Jim to back that up? Fuck you!

Jim ends with "That’s when everything went to hell." and leaves everyone hanging because there is zero follow up. There is no explanation as to how and what went to hell.

one of them had the title of Super Lawyer
Oh man I remember finding out that this was bullshit. I think it was around the time Gloria Alred was in the news. She's one of those "super lawyers" too. But yeah you're right its a title you just pay for

He strikes me as a glow nigger that was shocked that his glow nigger society decided to sacrifice him because he stepped out of line.
This should be on his wikipedia page

If Jim and his fat gimp believe that they would, and I don't doubt you I just haven't seen it, then they are fucking stupid, shamefully so.
It’s crazy because Jim and HiFi would talk about their “discovery” frequently. But back then they also were LARPing that they would be suing literally everyone on Twitter that didn’t believe their dumb conspiracy. And they did continue that line of thinking even after Jim started getting sued but it sort of faded away…or HiFi just started getting suspended so regularly that we didn’t see it as much.

I’ll look for it. It was something that they used to mention all of the time. I did finally ask, and I think this was in reference to Josh or Jim, but it turns out that the snowflake libshits got a little assblasted over something I said and well…

Jim really believes that being in any lawsuit means he gets to pull any piece of info he wants.

When I first heard this I did the responsible thing and made him into a ChudJack

IMG_7680.jpeg

@AnOminous but Jim believes he gets carte blanche on everything. He doesn’t.

He gets to stay within scope. And he can ask Flynn about his communications with everyone he accuses of working for him. (Which has been his focus for years)

Jim believes if a podcast is critical of him, he just gets to accuse them of being in business with Flynn and now they have to give up all of their bank records. That’s not how discovery works. (As you know). It’s just Jim’s deranged perception and understanding of the process that’s laughable

Flynn was your typically lifer in the military. Great at sucking up, but a total fucking moron. He was taking money from anyone to deliver speeches, which wouldn't be a problem except he then decided to try and work back in the government, after taking shit loads of foreign money. I really want to know how it was possible that he needed money do bad, less than a couple of months on retirement. It would be one thing if we were talking about speech money that was a decade or so ago, but the dumb fuck was still taking speech money right up until he started his national security position. What he did was beyond stupid if his plan was ever to go back into the government.
I have literally nothing to back up this thought but I can think of nothing more funny and more damaging to Jim's whole grift than him being a glow nigger himself.
Nothing will hurt Jim's grift. His audience already eats up the ramblings of a man who has the cognitive function of a corpse. Jim could literally beat a puppy to death on his livestream, tell his audience that Flynn did it, and they would eat it up. His audience consists of people that fall for the Nigerian email scams. This is always the way with the grift. The audience shrinks until it's only the tiny remnants, consisting of only the most hard-core believers and those who have invested so much, they see no escape.

We have an entire thread dedicated to soldiers who grift a living through giving talks and selling themselves, even with nice pensions.

I can't remember the full story because it's been so long ago but wasn't he charged for not disclosing him taking money for the speaking engagements and when he changed that the FBI or whoever charged him with perjury? I remember it being some bullshit, trumped up charge. Didn't they try to go after his pension and son too if he didn't plead guilty?
Nothing will hurt Jim's grift. His audience already eats up the ramblings of a man who has the cognitive function of a corpse. Jim could literally beat a puppy to death on his livestream, tell his audience that Flynn did it, and they would eat it up. His audience consists of people that fall for the Nigerian email scams. This is always the way with the grift. The audience shrinks until it's only the tiny remnants, consisting of only the most hard-core believers and those who have invested so much, they see no escape.
True but within that remnant there's a possibility of a new Q prophet who will declare Jim a false teacher and then create a Branch Stewartson sect. Then we can get digital Waco.

We have an entire thread dedicated to soldiers who grift a living through giving talks and selling themselves, even with nice pensions
Yes but the big issue for Flynn is the guy tried to go back to working high up in the US government. And we are talking about such a short people of time, less than 2 years from him getting out of the military until the Trump administration tried to bring him on board. So either a) he is really stupid by not paying attention to the rules or b) really stupid and bad with money so he needed to be floated to afford his lifestyle that exceeded his retirement pay.

He was playing games with the investigators almost immediately. There are countless morons who fucked themselves by lying in an investigation, usually for more punishment than if they just didn't try to lie. Prime example being Martha Stewart.

What pisses me off about Flynn is that as a career officer he should have known bettet and has certainly fucked over countless of enlisted soldiers in article 15's for not cooperating with a command's investigation into something stupid. I cannot reiterate enough, career officer and enlisted are generally the absolute scum of the earth and will sell their child into slavery for their next promotion.

We already get that now. Granted Jim is obsessed with Flynn but most of Jim's more animated and dedicated haters online are former true believers that for whatever reason, fell from the grace of dear leader.

My understanding is that what he was actually charged with was lying to investigators. And that’s a nasty Catch 22. Here’s why

The FBI asked him about talking to his Russian counterpart. The FBI does not have clearance to know about the calls. Flynn has to say no, but he doesn’t know they tapped his phones. In short, Flynn can’t say anything about those calls. If the FBI wanted to know about them, they’d have to wait for the president to declassify that.

It would be like the FBI asking the president details about Area 51 and when he denies something they arrest him. The FBI didn’t have the clearance to know the information they were requesting and got it by other legally questionable means.

It’s why those charges were eventually dropped. Here’s how sinister it got: they made it all the way to sentencing before his new attorney stepped in and asked to withdraw the plea and to evaluate the evidence. You see, the government then told Flynn he couldn’t even see the evidence against him because it was classified (iirc). So he was stuck. He was about to plead guilty to a crime that he could never see the evidence on. And once Sydney Powell pressed that (before she lost her mind) they dropped those charges

Regardless of what you think of Flynn or anything else he’s done, this criminal trial was a total fucking sham and it reeks of authoritarianism and (I hate to say it) a manifestation of Orwellian predictions.

1) charged over something you can never see
2) obtained by means that shouldn’t have been granted
3) forced to take prison sentence

You can’t do that shit to people regardless of the political affiliation.

But it didn’t even end with the dismissal, the judge in the case kept it alive by letting outside parties file briefs against the dismissal. This whole thing was an embarrassing and terrifying sham

In the end, the Justice Department agreed that that Flynn couldn’t have committed the crime he’s charged with. And even at that point judges from different courts were still fighting to make sure he was prosecuted.

He was a fucking retard to take the equivalent of like $40k in speech money and then expected to pass a top secret security background check. He got in trouble for not answering who he had contact with in regards to payments. We are talking about foreigners post military. Nothing to do when he was in. It's fucking jaw dropping that a guy who had clearances in the past believed he could get another one.

They had him dead to rights and the Trump administration used its discretion to drop the charges. The presiding judge even stated in the court transcripts that she would have convicted him otherwise.

Flynn is a grifter, no different than Jim other than he is sober. He plays into his tiny audience's fears and larps that he has inside contacts and going to fight the deep state if only President Trump will make him VEEP. Meanwhile the Trump campaign, recognizing that Flynn has a screw loose and is a massive liability, ignores him completely.

He was charged with lying to the FBI.

I’ve explained the structure and circumstance of that charge.

This happens frequently and without issue.

The current Director of National Security is taking paid speaking gigs while in the position, and before (in the interim).

Hes going to give the Keynote at the Vanderbilt summit. This will be loaded with foreign billionaires along with American ones. And he’s literally talking about the same thing that Flynn and his predecessors have talked about every single time.

Every politician and govt stooge retires and tries to take on the speaking circuit. Some of them do it while still active. Some do it in between stints. Some even find and line up their next move while in office. (Like Chris Dodd, who, while a senator, was very helpful to the industry he became a lobbyist for). Just take the names of any high level govt stooge and plug it in to Google.

I don’t disagree here.

I understand this case. Flynn is a moron. It doesn't matter if you had a prior security clearance. Lying in an investigation is remarkably stupid.

Flynn, in his defense, did pretty much what Jim is currently doing in his civil case. He literally talked himself into getting prosecuted and had to be completely bailed out by the Trump administration. He refused to listen to his own damn attorneys.

The entire reason why these two hate each other is it's two retards that they are carbon copies of each other. It's stark how similar they are.

Flynn's excuses don't eveb hold up to common sense. By his logic, no one with a security clearance would ever be able to mount a criminal defense in court. We literally have protocols in place to handle situations like this.

Jim Stewartson believes that Jack Dorsey, then CEO of Twitter, personally approved of Jim's suspension. No evidence to support this is given. But Jim's followers definitely agree that this is true. For those that don't know, Jim was banned for a long time for targeted harassment (and I think he also got whacked for spam). Its why he made his Substack where he sperged out multiple times per day while getting high AF on his vape and probably beating his wife's conscience into submission through non stop gas lighting
