Yeah this is what I meant speaking of the immigrants. If a country is flooded with immigrants, its crime rate will go slightly up, but there are of course more reasons. Like for example in Poland it's a crime to insult "religious feelings" like for example, if you go to a church during a mass, and spit on the Jesus' cross, you can go to a jail for up to 2-3 years I think, but most people just get a fine. But it's a crime and it'll probably count towards crime rates.
Also importing illegal shit is harder, when the country has no land borders. Poland got some bad rep in 90s and 00s, because Russians and others would import illegal stuff via Poland. And a few things would contribute to.

Feminists claim every nation on Earth fudges rape stats. Even if I buy this claim at face value, you are going to have to provide a lot of evidence to prove that their rape rate is actually 20 times what it actually is to be on par with the United States.
