If he hadn't been paired with the worst writing staff trying to ape the Roger Moore films for some goddamn reason instead of peak Connery, Daniel Craig would probably still be starring in bad video game adaptations.
I really liked Goldeneye and Tomorrow Never Dies. The former successfully revitalized the series after it started to lose it's place in the 80s, and the latter is probably one of the most underrated and prescient Bond films in terms of what it has to say about the world we live in (the news media specifically). The World Is Not Enough was much weaker in terms of plot, and Die Another Day was pure schlock, but they were at least fun.
I actually think the writing in the Craig era films is significantly worse, and I'd say it's primarily the consequence of the writers attempting to make the movies character-driven as opposed to plot-driven.
They've gone to great lengths to explore Bond's past, family relationships, and motivations, while the plot in each film has been relegated to some vague, overarching story about a shadowy organization which is secretly behind everything having some implausibly personal connection to Bond.
Play them.
Do not play the PC port of Nightfire. It’s a weird Valve source port that is nothing like the console version which rocks.
Agent Under Fire, Nightfire, Everything or Nothing and From Russia With Love are all legitimately fantastic.
Bloodstone is pretty good too.
To add on to this, try to play the Original Xbox versions of these. They’ll probably look the best since the Xbox was a beast of a system back then. GameCube second if the Xbox version doesn’t work.
I’m speaking about emulators of course by the way.
Also, play them in order. Agent Under Fire, Nightfire, Everything or Nothing, From Russia with Love.
Bloodstone is a Craig game so if you like Craig you might like Bloodstone. It’s an original story which is great. I love Bond games that have original stories.
EA’s Bond games get a bad rap because of the initial shitty batch of games developed by Eurocom. Once EA ditched them after Nightfire, the quality improved dramatically.
Agent Under Fire was good and Nightfire was pretty great.
Nightfire is regarded by most Bond fans to be the best Bond game. Personally I say Everything or Nothing is the best with From Russia with Love being 2nd and Nightfire being 3rd and AUF being 4th. Then probably Bloodstone.
I’m really hoping this IO interactive game is good. I hope they make it more like Everything or Nothing and From Russia with love and not too much like Hitman.

Well IO's bread and butter is Hitman so I don't know how much mileage you're gonna get out of that. I don't know if there is much info out about the IO game, but I can't really imagine anything other than a NuMan reskin with maybe some more actiony setpieces (maybe a pre-title sequence, a car chase level here or there).
