To my understanding Tor itself isn't a honeypot but the glowies swarm around it like flies, particularly CP sites and especially drug websites. Unless you're trafficking fentanyl without giving the government their cut or are spanking it to kids the glowies aren't going to invest massive amounts of money to espionage on some guy visiting kiwifarms
