Unfortunately we live in times where it's normal for a good personal trainer to push you, but abnormal for a therapist to do the mental equivalent with their patients.
i hate how you guys have nuanced and reasonable answers. i expect absolute retardation. As for working out, it's like I've said about depression. I'm not saying it's not aproblem requiring a therapistchemical imbalance in your brain that requires drugs to correct. But perhaps if your genetic predispositions to walking at least a mile a day, getting vitamin D, not eating garbage, having real targets for your amygdala's paranoia, all of those get taken care of first- maybe those problems go away. Maybe they don't. But it's possible that list of things is your problem, and not the need for an expensive prescription.
DA CURE FORE DEPRESSION IS CURLS IN DA SQUAT RACK! THAT WAY IF I DROP THE BAR IT DON'T GO ALL THE WAY DOWN TO DA FLOOR!i hate how you guys have nuanced and reasonable answers. i expect absolute retardation.
serious question: are you autisticEh. I found that it helped with some things, but not others. Didn't do any good for my social issues, but it definitely helped me get through my dad's death and helped a bit with my chronic insomnia.
Serious answer: According to my therapist, probably.serious question: are you autistic
Little known fitness secret: if you deadlift enough you will collapse into a being of pure energy and rise above entropy and above our soulless, fragmented, culturally vacuous corporate dystopia, directly into the next plane of existence.but in my personal opinion, a lot of your problems will go away if you just had a gym membership and actively used it
