I'm surprised nobody mentioned old-timey movie star Fatty Arbuckle yet. He got arrested for raping a woman and killing her after his fat gunt crushed her bladder, but ultimately walked free after multiple trials.

Intestines can be damaged so badly they may need to be surgically repaired or removed. Vaginal injuries are common bc a woman needs to be aroused to be penetrated without harm.
