Indian man arrested for possessing a forged alien resident card

BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Swapnil Ramesh Tejale, 34, a citizen of India, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with possession of a forged alien resident card, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael J. Smith, who is handling the case, stated that according to the complaint, on July 10, 2025, the Niagara Falls Border Patrol Station received a request from the Niagara Falls Police Department to help identify three individuals that they had encountered during a traffic stop. Agents arrived at the scene and questioned the three individuals as to their citizenship. Tejale presented a Lawful Permanent Resident Card but voluntarily admitted that the card was fictitious. It was determined that Tejale was illegally present in the United States without any immigration documents that would allow him to remain in the country lawfully. After Tejale was taken into custody, agents located a Social Security Card in his name. Record checks verified that the Social Security Card was also fictitious.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.

The complaint is the result of an investigation by the U.S. Border Patrol Niagara Falls Station, under the direction of Patrol Agent in Charge Brady Waikal.

Man, wouldn't it be fantastic if Indians and Nigerians were geoblocked abd banned from travel worldwide until they fixed their scammer/rapist problems?

Man, wouldn't it be fantastic if Indians and Nigerians were geoblocked abd banned from travel worldwide until they fixed their scammer/rapist problems?
And then the VPN services required to block them as well, like France makes them block pirating sites. That way no scammers could sneak through.

Saar, age of consent in India is lizard.

Wonder why the Indian Crimes Megathread gets buried by nonsense posts everytime I post new news? Maybe the Jeets don't like attention being focused on their scamming?

Indian-Origin Couple Arrested In $4 Million Real Estate Scam In US: "Most Prolific Fraudsters"

A high-profile Indian-origin couple in North Texas, known for their glamorous public appearances and Bollywood-style performances, has been arrested in connection with a multimillion-dollar real estate fraud case. According to authorities, Sidhartha "Sammy" Mukherjee and his wife Sunita allegedly convinced over 100 investors to part with at least $4 million (approximately ₹33 crore) by promising investments in non-existent real estate projects, CBS News reported.

The couple's elaborate scheme has left many victims in financial distress. Prosecutors say the couple led a glamorous life to gain people's trust, hosting charity events and presenting themselves as successful businesspeople. However, their public image was just a facade to cover up their illicit activities.

The Multimillion-dollar Fraud

The alleged victims claimed they were deceived into investing in what they thought were legitimate real estate deals, lured by the promise of high returns. However, suspicions arose when dividend checks began to bounce. One alleged victim, Seshu Madabhushi, lamented that he should have been more vigilant in asking questions, but never suspected the extent of the deceit.

"They will make you believe that they are very successful businesspeople. But they will take every single penny you have," said Terry Parvaga, another fraud victim.

Initially, several police departments dismissed the complaints as civil disputes. However, Euless Police Detective Brian Brennan, an experienced white-collar crime investigator, took on the case after a couple approached him in 2024, claiming they had lost $325,000 in the alleged scheme.

How was the scam exposed?

Multiple investors accused the Mukherjees of providing fake remodelling contracts and invoices from the Dallas Housing Authority to convince them to invest in supposedly lucrative projects. However, when Detective Brennan contacted the DHA, he found that no such projects existed. According to the affidavit, the Mukherjees allegedly used forged documents, including paperwork, receipts, and email correspondence, to deceive investors.

Investigators believe this forgery was not limited to one deal. The case has since expanded, with the FBI involved, and forensic accountants estimating victim losses to exceed $4 million, affecting 20 confirmed and over 100 potential victims. The couple has now been arrested and is currently being held at a detention facility in the US.

The Mukherjees' alleged deception extended beyond real estate, involving a fake company and fictitious employees to obtain a federal Paycheck Protection Program loan. Investigators found that the couple submitted false payroll forms and misrepresented the purpose of the funds. They also allegedly scammed elderly individuals by threatening them with arrest and convincing them to send money to law enforcement.

Detective Brennan described Sammy Mukherjee as "probably the most prolific fraudster" he had seen in his 23-year career. "Tentacles going in all different directions", he remarked.

They will just use couriers and money mules.

The only solution is to nuke one Indian city for every scam that occurs to an American.

Civis Americanus sum.

The goal is to create enough fear of suffering and death that they eventually learn to police themselves.

Police themselves? Not sure thats possible. Do wild animals police themselves?

Check every Indian's persons papers EVERYTIME. Tons of them have fake paperwork or are overstaying their visas.

Forged resident card: Indian man arrested in New York; faces 10 years in jail

An Indian national has been arrested in the United States for allegedly possessing a forged alien resident card, according to the Justice Department. Those are Sikhs, faggot, one of the finest fighting peoples in the world. They were crack troops for the British Empire. I’d like to see you tangle with one.
I’m pretty sure you’re thinking of Gorkhas, who are Nepalese, not Indian, and not Sikhs.

Well, you’re wrong. Gurkhas are ANOTHER elite British colonial infantry.
Do these British Elite units know how to use a toilet without shitting all over it and the floor?

Kerala man stalks colleague in UK despite arrests, faces deportation

A 26-year-old man from Kerala is facing deportation from the UK after repeatedly stalking a female colleague at London Zoo, despite multiple warnings and arrests. Asish Jose Paul was handed a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, meaning he would be sent to prison if he repeated the crime within a year, along with a ten-year restraining order. Since January this year, he was arrested multiple times, released on bail, and repeatedly ordered not to contact the woman, but continued trying to approach her. The survivor said she no longer feels safe being alone.

Jose Paul was reportedly pursuing a master's degree in accounting and finance at Anglia Ruskin University (2022-2023) and worked at the London Zoo cafe, where he met the woman, according to a report in The Daily Mail.

Jose Paul harassed his female co-worker over a six-month period between July and December last year. His behaviour included sending her countless messages, delivering flowers and chocolates, and ultimately proposing to her – all of which were unwanted. When the woman blocked his number, Jose Paul continued to pursue her by showing up at her workplace uninvited. He was arrested and released on bail with strict instructions not to contact her or return to London Zoo.

But he returned the very next day to speak with the woman.

Jose Paul was then re-arrested, charged with stalking and given bail by magistrates with conditions not to enter the Borough of Westminster in London or contact the complainant, UK's The Daily Mail reported.

But all this failed to serve as a deterrent as the man headed straight back to the zoo again and was arrested for the third time.

He was again bailed on the condition not going within 50 metres of London Zoo but visited the tourist attraction once more, explaining to Royal Park attendants that he was "in love" with his former colleague, the tabloid reported.

An optimist. I think it'll take millennia to get India upto modern times. They appear to be several millennia behind the western world.

Brothers from India sentenced to prison for smuggling fake or contaminated drugs into the U.S.

Two brothers from India were each sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to 30 months in prison for their scheme to sell counterfeit and adulterated drugs in the United States, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Teal Luthy Miller. Avanish Kumar Jha, 39, and Rajnish Kumar Jha, 36, were arrested in Singapore on April 20, 2023, based on the 2022 indictment. The men were extradited to the U.S. in February 2025. At the sentencing hearing U.S. District Judge Ricardo S. Martinez said, “The issue here is the introduction of adulterated drugs to people who think they are getting lifesaving drugs… This activity has so much risk to cause harm.”

“When this investigation began, the first vial of medicine shipped to the undercover agent was not the cancer-fighting drug Keytruda at all but rather over-the-counter heartburn medicine in a bottle labeled as Keytruda. Keytruda’s active ingredient—the substance that could add months or even years to the lives of terminal cancer patients—was totally absent,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Miller. “The defendants made hundreds of thousands of dollars while defrauding people who were clinging to hope that a late-stage cancer medication could extend their life.”

The investigation of the Jha brothers began in 2019, when investigators reviewed internet postings and other evidence indicating that the Jha brothers and their company, Dhrishti Pharma International, were offering to sell prescription drugs to buyers in the United States and elsewhere. Undercover agents with the Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI) of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) began communicating with the Jha brothers and ordered some of their products. Of particular concern was a “medication” labeled as “Keytruda,” a Merck drug for late-stage cancer. An analysis revealed that the Jha brothers were selling counterfeit Keytruda that contained none of active ingredient that made the authentic product effective. Other products contained contaminants.

The brothers shipped the counterfeit and adulterated drugs from India. They accepted various means of payment including wire transfers and direct money exchanges. In some cases, they used intermediaries in the United States to pick up cash payments. The drugs were packaged in such a way to avoid detection by international customs or other regulators.

In January 2025, a judge in Singapore ruled the men could be extradited to the U.S. In early June 2025, both defendants entered pleas of guilty to one count of smuggling.

In asking for the 30-month sentence, Assistant United States Attorney Philip Kopczynski wrote to the court, “Exporting counterfeit medicines is a cruel business that robs ill people of any hope for relief. Cancer patients unknowingly using fake Keytruda would have no chance of improvement with their terminal disease. The defendants profited by peddling counterfeit Keytruda and many other drugs, all in contravention of numerous U.S. laws and regulations that are meant to keep people safe…. Regrettably, schemes like this one are not unique. Many people line their pockets by flouting the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and other important U.S. laws.”

Worked out for Japan. They wound up modernizing. India unironically needs the wrath of God being beaten into them. Though in the case of the Jeet, the safest route is to expulsion from society as well and one cultural revolution to get rid of their backwards ass religion.

India unironically deserves Communism.

Too bad humanitarians gave so much food and financial relief to India over the past 60 years. That is partly whats caused the population explosion over there. No one wanted that. Humanitarians have doomed us all!

Malaysia arrests Indian national caught with 2,500 turtles at airport

An Indian national was arrested at Kuala Lumpur’s main airport for trying to smuggle more than 2,500 live turtles, Malaysia’s border agency said on Thursday, in another case highlighting criminals using the country’s key international gateway as a transit point for illegal wildlife trade.

The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) has made headlines in recent months due to incidents of individuals smuggling endangered primates and rare reptiles, including tortoises and iguanas.

The suspect was scheduled to board a plane at the airport to Bengaluru, India, at 10.05pm on Tuesday when he was caught by security before boarding, the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) said.

“Further inspection found thousands of red-eared slider turtles hidden in the luggage,” said AKPS, adding the haul was worth around US$82,000.

Native to North America, the red-eared slider is classified as an invasive species in many countries, including India, where it poses a major threat to native aquatic biodiversity.

The incident marked a rare wildlife smuggling case that was foiled at KLIA before a flight departure, in contrast with previous cases, which were only discovered after the smugglers had left the airport and reached their destinations.

India unironically deserves Communism.

Finally a good use of communism, destroying India.

One of the few things that cuts through the jeet mask is once money becomes involved. I suggest a solution that both disadvantages illegal entry and covers the cost to the American tax payers. When caught they get put into detention awaiting trial. The pipeline from detention to trial needs to be widened to minimize the total time pre trial but post trial your offered two choices .
Choice One -personal sanctions placed on you and your direct family for your transgressions ( Office of Foreign Asset Control ) hope none of your family back home dose business in one way or another with the us government and then immediate deportation to your country of origin with you United States assets forfeit.
Choice Two - Labor camp doing something that generates enough money that offsets the cost of your free working vacation that would be proportionate to the time they would of served in prison.
First offense - 6 moths hard labor
Subsequent - 2 years plus
If they wana come here to work lets put them to work

I suspect this is maybe a plan they have in mind for all these street shitters, future prison labor. That or organ donors (once society gets them to kill themselves after all the backlash and harassment.)

They already opt everyone into donation in certain countries. You have to request to be removed from such lists there.

This is all because a certain generation wants to live even longer because they hold the bulk of the wealth. Turns out a big chunk of these folks are getting older and their organs are failing from decades of Margaritavillin'
