I am willing to bet AL & Becky will use the tried and true white trash moving technique. AKA leaving TONS of shit behind for the landlord to deal with.

Edited for typo

Getting a house and buying a house are different things, except to Amber. Who still hasn't quite figured out how finances work. They will not be getting back a security deposit.

I’m honestly not surprised. This has been talked about among the Haydurs for awhile. As for Ricky and Eric, I can’t say I blame them.

Either that or they will move everything they own without sorting through it and throwing stuff out.

I'd hope they would move slightly closer to whatever hospital is doing the hysto and follow up appointments but perhaps I'm just 🌈
Maybe I'm being a big old bitch but why does it matter? Why be optimistic about the lard who has failed at everything she does?
You are setting yourself up for disappointment, fam.

Most likely since the lease was in Eric's name, when they left, that meant AL&B have to go too. Had AL&B requested to take over the lease from the boys, the landlord might have agreed to that (though the credit/income check would have been a problem). Either way, it seems like E&R made an abrupt decision to move without much consultation with their roomies. If AL heard about the lease being terminated from the landlord and not from E&R, that just reinforces that point. My theory is that the boys were traumatized by witnessing drunken events that should probably only be discussed in the NASTY thread for NASTY people. Who is getting custody of the candle collection?

Poking around on Zillow, there are under-$100K houses in the Monticello area, but they all seem to be in really rough shape and would need a lot of work done before someone could live in them. None of them look like places a 600 pound person recovering from major surgery could safely live in. But regardless, she wouldn't be able to get a mortgage given her sketchy income/credit history.

Even on a 50k house, she’d need a 10k down payment unless she took a USDA loan.

I assume you mean an FHA loan but USDA would arguably be more appropriate. 🤣

Could amber make it any more obvious that she hates her cats and finds them a burden lol

Edit:
Responding to someone asking what happend the drunk night

I wonder if Dana and Destiny will help them move.
About that...I don’t recall Dana or Destiny saying shit about Amber’s diagnosis or really anything since that infamous drunken night. At first I thought it was Amber being overly dramatic and someone just puked on the carpet, but now I’m actually curious. Although since some of the speculation is going sexual, I’ll have to be sure I don’t eat first.

Bolth the FHA and USDA (through its Rural Development division) offer loan programs for low-income households. Even though if Amber makes as much as she claims, she’s not low income at all.

I can't imagine her fitting into a trailer bathroom.

Yep.
The newer double wides in recent years have been given bigger bathrooms.
What the no jobs, no credit, multiple pet lard ass duo can get rented to them will be a different story.
Maybe they got "lucky" and it is the ones with a master bath, those tend to have a bit more room.
But just getting through the front door and down the hallway will be a struggle for our dainty gorl.

She has to be renting. There is no way a mortgage lender would look at her iffy career prospects, shitty to nonexistent credit, and history of bill dodging and decide that shes someone to risk a mortgage on. And if they did, then I guess inbreeding is more common there than I had imagined.

I was going to say it could have been a smart move if she did buy a house, a quick way to spend her cash on something useful so the state has to pay her cancer bills. This is Amber though of course, she wouldn't do something like that. Plus those unpaid hospital bills left a mark on her but who knows in Kentucky and she could use Becky to cosign?

If she owns property, creditors (like the hospital) can file a lien against the property.

Are rent to buy home sales legal in her state? They're predatory as hell because the title doesn't transfer until the final payment is made, but they usually only require a 5% deposit which makes them attractive to people who will never qualify for conventional loans.

How much stuff does Amber Becky really have to move? She just bought 10 new purses, I'm sure that's enough to fit her candles/parfumes/journals in.

Best case scenario for everyone in this situation:

1. Amber dies on the table.

2. Becky's schedule is now 100% freed up, so she moves back in with her family to help care for her mother. Honestly, the only place Becky should be right now is with her mom. She's gonna have a lot of guilt and regret that this time was spent packing/cleaning/caregiving for Amber's fatass. This has been a relationship of convenience from Day 01, and with Meth Momma in the picture now, Becky's basically disposable. I can't think of a better time to break away than right now, when they're getting evicted anyway.

3. Eric and Rickie adopt Twinkie, so she gets to stay with her other animal friends. Or she's adopted by someone else, that can give her some quality of life.

Beyond the animals, I only feel sorry for the new tenants. Imagine the horror the first time they shut the lights off in the basement and see a bunch of glow in the dark hand prints from 2 Halloweens ago.
