Has anyone else noticed that despite being a conservative, sweet bro never mentions stuff going on within the Republican Party? Despite being an election year and a lot of internal struggles in the party, there's no evidence that he's even watching the debates and I doubt he's even aware of the candidates. His whole identity as a conservative is to use "da libruls" as a scapegoat for his own shortcomings instead of having any real commitment to the ideology.

Sweets is a welfare queen. His political knowledge ends at 1997. I'm not entirely sure he still doesn't believe Bill Clinton is President.

The only conservative thing we know he actually does is parrot things Rush Limbaugh says. I'm seriously betting that's why he's against Net Neutrality: neither of them know what it even is. :story:

Rush Limbaugh has been around since Sweet's golden era of half-past 1997 so I guess that's the reason why.

But people who matter to the party in 2016, Trump, Cruz, Rubio etc... Not a word from Sweet.

Despite the fact that there's a historical shakeup in the Republican Party, Sweet is completely ignorant. Conservative journalist my ass.
 
I would imagine that whatever Sweet may listen to, he would bend the message into what he wants to hear.

I wonder how Sweet would react if he found out that the TV ratings bill was passed by a Republican Congress, and Clinton just signed it? It had broad bipartisan support.
